Heavy machine was collected from & delivered back to an upstairs room. Staff member called next day to give advice on something I had mentioned having a problem with in the embroidery edit mode - very helpful. Only a few days but after repair and service machine is running well, sounds ok. First class customer service.

I bought a pre-loved Brother embroidery machine and also put my Bernina sewing machine in for repair. The service I received on both counts was amazing.
There was a slight misunderstanding regarding the embroidery machine I wanted to purchase but instead I was actually offered a better machine for a really great price. The assistant was fantastic and spent time explaining and demonstrating how the machine worked prior to leaving the shop.
The owner who did the repair on my Bernina kept me informed regarding obtaining the parts and fixed the problem very quickly.
I was delighted to go home with two fully operational machines. Great service. Highly reccommend 😊
