Poor outcome
I have ordered a cake wooden topper Mon 23rd Feb and needed by Saturday 28th Feb. They said to allow 3-5 day for delivery.
There was no option for next day delivery on website so I paid the normal delivery £3.95.
I have contacted them on Instagram to ask next day delivery. They’ve asked me to pay extra £4.95 which I did.
They have sent me an email on 26th Feb saying the product is on its way.
Repeat, I needed by 28th Feb.
They have reassured me that they sent it with DX and gave me the tracking number. Today is Monday 2nd March (birthday is gone now) and product has not arrived.
A beautiful sign has continued ignoring my messages on Instagram asking about the delivery.
No telephone number, no email where to communicate with them
First time using this company and I’m disappointed.
Ended up paying £9 for a delivery that has not arrived.
I would not recommend to anyone.
Not sure who’s fault is, but if is the delivery company, A beautiful sign should use a more reliable delivery.

I am so sorry to hear you are unhappy. We have responded to your Instagram message with some information we need from you and are currently awaiting a response. We will be reporting this to the courier as your order was fast tracked for you and sent next day signed for delivery to ensure you got it on time. The item was dispatched on Thursday and you were sent a tracking number to track the parcel yourself for Friday delivery. However, sadly we were not made aware it hadn't been delivered that day until the evening as we only received a message from you at 18:18 when we had closed for the weekend.
I am so sorry you are unhappy with the service provided. We have used this courier for over 7 years and very rarely have any issues. We want to get this resolved for you as soon as possible.

My sign arrived the other day and it is so beautiful. The craftsmanship and detail of the lettering is very neat and well done. I love it and would recommend highly, very happy customer!

Bought as a gift for my daughter. Everything as described and delivered very promptly. I ordered ready to gift on UK Mother's Day and was not expecting it to be delivered within 10 days of ordering, which is was!
