Fantastic customer service
Fantastic customer service! Received my order at the weekend and it had a very minor issue. I reached out to the company who immediately offered to make me a brand new sign. We agreed I’d tried to resolve the issue at home (which I have now done) but was too nervous to do at first in case the sign snapped. I’m thrilled with my product and it will be great for what I need it for. 10/10 customer service I would highly recommend!

Unfortunately the item i ordered as a mother day gift for my expectant daughter never arrived. I emailed the companyand they said they would said another out, which also never arrived !!!
Very disappointed and it has put me off using again.
I asked for a refund which i have received.

Absolutely amazing service from start to finish! 🤍 The wooden sign was beautifully made with such high attention to detail — the quality is truly outstanding.
Communication was quick and seamless, and delivery was super fast which I really appreciated.
The sign completely elevated my backdrop and gave it that perfect luxury finish I always aim for. I’ve had so many compliments on it!
