This is a late review. I was blessed with a LO with one fresh transfer in January 2022. Hence abc ivf/ CREATE definitely have a skilful medical team for those seeking fertility treatment.

Procedures to get accepted as a foreign patient seeking donor was troublesome. UK law permits women who are separated from their spouse to seek donor to conceive as a single mother however, abc ivf ain’t too well versed in UK laws and initially I was rejected as a patient. After much reading up, getting an urgent notarised statutory declaration and standing up for my rights, abc ivf finally accepted me as their patient. Successfully pregnant and back in my home nation, I did not face any issues getting my LO registered as citizen of my origin without filling up details of its father.

abc ivf and CREATE gave me an adorable LO who is now 6 months old and I am appreciative of their best efforts despite the hassle of getting accepted as a foreign patient.

I have had the best experience with ABC I’ve managed to conceive with them 2 times. I suffered 10 years of unexplained fertility and they having given me the opportunity to be a mother. Thank you ABC for existing and making it affordable, with such straightforward plan, mild IVF is the best way forward.

The staff were warm, welcoming and amazing! The care I received was personalized and specifically tailored to my circumstances. I would definitely recommend them to those TTC.

Absolutely disgraceful service, lack of professional communication and have no concept of the clients needs on this journey. One of the staff said to me when I said my review would reflect my bad experience ‘1 bad review in hundreds does no damage to us’ …. The the London branch really need to learn how to deal with clients, they do not check in with clients, do not show any emotional support. From admin staff who overcharged, to patient coordinator who has no idea on how to guide the patients on their portfolio to nurse consultants who have no idea how to communicate. I am sure plenty have come through with good results but what I experienced was under par…… even the NHS who are under extreme pressure operate better than this clinic. And that says a lot!
Avoid if you don’t fall into the norm category!
Pay that little bit extra and get the correct care and experienced team.

Overall experience at ABC was really pleasant.
Always informative during the process, staff always helpful and understanding to our situation.
We fell pregnant on our first cycle and now have a healthy baby boy. Thank you to the team at ABC for making it possible for us to have a baby.

ABC helped us make our family complete with a successful first round of IVF.

They are not only affordable but also there are no hidden fees once you start the process.

The staff were all professional, compassionate and very friendly answering any questions I had along the way with very little delay in getting back to me when they were busy.

I was surprised at how quick and seamless the whole IVF process was.

We are beyond grateful for all the staff who helped us along this journey and helping us bring our beautiful little boy into the world early this year.

I can honestly say starting my treatment I felt a bit apprehensive and not sure if I made a right choice. The level of care I received was absolutely amazing. Everyone was very friendly and professional, all of my concerns and questions were answered. I couldn't be happier.

Everything was top notch. Great communication, clear explanations, no hidden costs, fantastic staff, immaculate clinic and they gave me my baby boy.

We received treatment under the ABC clinic in St Paul’s, London. I would like to give a special mention to the front of house clinic staff named Radostina who always greeted us with a warm smile which may seem trivial but goes a long way during this fertility journey. We had a successful transfer on the second cycle and a healthy live birth. I would like to thank the clinicians for the work that they do. We are truly blessed.

Do not use their London clinic for shared motherhood if you are a same sex couple. From start to finish they made it clear we were an oddity that they'd never dealt with before. Our experiences there ranged from upsetting to inadequate, to devastating and after a lot of wasted money and tears we are now desperate to take our embryos and run! After one abandoned egg retrieval (impacted by the clinic confusing my partner and I) we finally got to the stage of implantation. The day of the implantation was like a terrible comedy of errors but the short version is that the nurse refused to engage with my partner & initially refused to allow her to be present in the room citing covid policy (there was no operational covid policy at the time). My partner was finally allowed in at the very last minute after protest (not ideal preparation for the procedure). When we asked her how the procedure had gone, instead of giving us medical advice she gave us a religious speech that culminated in telling us that scientists couldn't bring us life and that would be down to God to take a view. This was for an implantation that would give us a result over Christmas. Now all we will be asking the clinic for is to release our medical records so we can go somewhere where we are treated adequately and as equals. I do not want nurses to say "I've never treated two women before" or "Who is that woman?!" or "What am I witnessing?!" when they see us simply sitting together. I don't want this nurse singled out for reprimand because our experience with her was not isolated and was instead what we had come to expect. There are some absolute shining stars within the clinic but they are too few and far between. Unfortunately as gay couples we have to use private services but please do not be tempted by the apparent low cost of this one - it isn't worth the heartache and incompetence you will experience there as a same sex couple.

UPDATE:
We wrote to the clinic to detail our experience two weeks ago and have yet to receive a phone call or anything close to an acknowledgement. We have been sent our medical records from someone who signs her emails of as 'Create team' and the generic email that thanks you for your enquiry and explains how busy they are (same email for a full year now). This is the level of personal interaction you will receive, whatever the circumstances.

We want to thank ABC St Paul's for our successful round of ivf. First round worked for us and we can't thank you enough for our beautiful miracle,.this time Christmas last year I had an embryo transfer (FET) and it works. Our baby girl Ava was born 5th of September 2022 and can't believe it's our first Christmas together as a family of 3 and as a parents.
The team at ABC and Create were great and helpful. You have made our dreams of becoming parents come true.
I strongly recommend ABC, I can't fault them, I had a wonderful experience.

I started treatment on 14/10/21 with ABCIVF Harley Street as a single mother by choice using a donor. I switched to this clinic from a different clinic locally in London. I couldn’t believe the difference! Not only the HUGE price difference but the staff, receptionists, nurses and doctors were just amazing. Really felt like they were doing this job to make a difference and not just to take your money! My second round of IVF worked and I am currently cuddling my 5 week old perfect little boy who is the perfect addition to my family with my oldest son. I have recommended the clinic since and one of my best friends is currently undergoing treatment! I have some embabies remaining and am hoping one day I will get to use them and come back to this wonderful clinic!

I’ve been putting off writing this review in the hope that our experience at ABC might improve but I feel compelled to warn others about some of the things we have experienced. We are a same sex couple who are nearly a year into our relationship with ABC and we’re still being asked who is carrying - the problem with this lack of knowledge is not just the lack of trust it creates but we’re also concerned that it has impacted our treatment plan. After a first cancelled cycle we were made aware that the clinic had confused our paperwork. The communication is inconsistent and easily confused and even if you have concerns during a cycle there’s no direct line of communication. We’ve got our only funds wrapped up in this clinic now so we have to trust that things will improve but unfortunately despite reassurances it doesn’t look likely. If you are considering this clinic be mindful of the fact that communication attempts can often take several days, you won’t have consistency of care and if things don’t go right first time the costs will quickly mount. I sometimes call another London clinic just for the reassuring and informative conversations offered by their reception team.

Excellent from the start would and already have highly recommended abc there were friendly professional caring whole bunch of people we can’t thank them enough.

My experience with Abc ivf was great, the staffs were well put together …they were welcoming and I was blessed with a Nurse at the ABC ivf London…Her name is Yemisi Adegbile who took extra care of me and made sure my procedures were perfect….now I have a 2months old baby boy smiling at me.
To think I didn’t go with any research I just followed my instincts cause it was cheaper and read reviews and it worked for me….I’m well pleased and would recommend.
