Money driven + they dont care about their patience.

Do yourself a favour and go to a reputable clinic where your partner can get a safe treatment.

I had two fresh ICSI transfers with ABC Birmingham. Both resulting in my beautiful babies. We can’t thank ABC enough for helping complete our family. They were brilliant from start to finish both times. All questions answered and made me feel safe and calm through it all.

We went with abc ivf to do our first round of ivf and icsi. The staff were all lovely and the process was really quick. I was unwell after the transfer but the clinic completed extra scans & blood tests & checked in with me. I now have a 4 month old little boy and have abc ivf to thank!

The journey had many bumps along the way but the staff were supportive to rectify issues, diagnose and create effective plans. Unfortunately our patient coordinator left through the process and this led to difficulties with communication however other patient coordinators stepped in to support, particular praise to Jess G who was extremely supportive and knowledgable. Staff were attentive and welcoming from receptionists through to the doctors in particular Emma and Laura who went above and beyond. The nurses were always reassuring when we faced difficulties and made us feel at ease. Treatments and pricing was clearly discussed and the staff were available for any questions we had along the way. The treatments over 3 years led to the birth of our beautiful baby in Oct 24.

I had a fantastic experience with abc ivf. I felt very supported and looked after. Not just by the doctors and nurses but also people that i liaised with via email about the finances. She was extremely patient as i was super annoying (hate forms) Evie.
The staff at the reception that greet you are very friendly and welcoming which makes a huge impact as you're already nervous as it is.

I was particularly nervous when the procedure took place - every single staff member in that procedure room for both the egg retrieval and transfer completely calmed my nerves, made me smile, distracted me and calmed me down so quickly.

I just wish they didnt have 39 as the age limit for accepting patients for the ivf treatment.

My experience was great generally. I had a really good personal person for contact who was quick and on the ball, but when she left it did become difficult to contact. This was my only issue.
My treatment went well and clinical results and booking them was straight forward.
My treatment worked and after my 1st transfer after trying 10 years worked. I finally have my baby

All the staff at ABC IVF were brilliant and genuinely cared. They always explained every step of the process so it was easy to understand and nothing was ever too much. I would highly recommend.

We had our Ivf with Abc Birmingham. All the staffs were lovely and supportive all through the treatment and even during the pregnancy. After 4 miscarriages, we finally have our little rainbow prince.

I can't thank ABC enough for their help with our fertility journey. All of the staff were thoughtful, caring and compassionate. I had lots of questions that were answered. I struggled with injections and they stepped in and helped even last minute. Nothing was too much for them to help. And it resulted in our wonderful baby boy born in January 24. Overall the experience (although not one anyone wants to be in) was positive!

Fantastic supportive team who were with me every step of the way . Until I lived it myself I only knew of first time successful couples with ivf . But after four transfers the staff at Birmingham were there to pick us back up after the first three failed . Luckily it was lucky number four and we now have been blessed with our little girl . Thanks for everything xxxx

The abc staff were very supportive and kind all through our journey with them. We thank God for making our paths cross because today we have our long-awaited bundle of miracle and joy.

I'm writing this with my 8 week old, smiling while sleeping on my shoulder, who wouldn't be here if it wasn't for abcIVF. The staff are all very approachable, highly knowledgeable and supportive through what is usually a very stressful time. The communication is great, especially having a dedicated member of staff to answer all your queries. We were lucky enough to be successful on the first round, which only shows abcIVF really know what they're doing. Glad we chose them to help us on our journey; many thanks to all at abc.

Great clinic from start to finish they were very helpful. Conceived on 1st ever ivf cycle. Went above and beyond to help me with my treatment and got started straight away the same month as enquiring. Was made to feel at ease as well with being a single women. Thanks again to all at ABC!
