Review of ABC Bartending School

I enrolled in a bartending course at ABC Bartending School with high hopes of gaining valuable skills and knowledge. Unfortunately, my experience has been extremely disappointing due to several significant issues:

1. Instructor's Punctuality: From the start of the course on May 20, 2024, the instructor has consistently been late, often by 1 to 2 hours. This has significantly reduced the instructional time and the overall quality of the learning experience.
2. Canceled Class: On May 22, 2024, a scheduled class was canceled without any prior notification or plans to make up the lost time. This further diminished the educational value of the course.
3. Violation Notice: On May 20, 2024, a violation notice was posted on the door of the school. This incident raised serious concerns about the school's compliance with regulations and added to the disruption of the learning environment.
4. Lack of Resolution: Despite multiple communications with the school administration about these issues, they have refused to address my concerns, make up the missed instructional time, or provide a refund. My most recent attempt to resolve this issue on May 23, 2024, was met with a firm refusal to issue any refunds.

Conclusion:

I paid $424 for this course, expecting 32 hours of comprehensive instruction. Unfortunately, the commitment made by ABC Bartending School has not been fulfilled. The combination of persistent lateness, class cancellations without make-up sessions, and the unresolved issues despite numerous attempts to communicate with the administration has left me deeply disappointed.

I cannot recommend ABC Bartending School based on my experience. Potential students should be aware of these issues and consider alternative options for their bartending education.
