Would like to do this review for Curtis. He is amazing. He has helped so much. Thank you for always being there. Great contact and so is his team. He made moving in to a flat with so many problems much more bearable. Abbey New Homes should be thankful they have someone like Curtis. Abbey New Homes customer service team and Dante are awful. They aren’t helpful and don’t care about their customers especially disabled ones. Thank you Curtis for being such a polite and helpful gentlemen.

This review is for Curtis who did so much for us as we had so many problems with our apartment and he and his on site team worked so hard to fix them. He is one of the nicest people you would want to meet and have helping you and turn the worst experience of buying a new home into something liveable. It’s such a shame customer service is non existent and extremely rude. They should be thankful they have good site teams like Curtis and his.

Abbey New homes
We are yet to complete but so far have had a great experience in Linton Poppyfields development. Site Manager happy to meet and discuss any queries we have and team on site are very keen to help. So far cannot fault them, ill post another review/ edit this one once we complete.

My friend bought his home just over a year ago. The finish on most of the house is poor for example: taps have been connected the wrong way round ie cold/hot - door latches do not catch the door keep, cracks in widow frames - screws on staircase rail different and not screwed in - radiator touching door - broken tiles on roof - marks on front door - outside wooden panel broken - garden not rotovated as promised- leak on soil stack - dead trees planted dead shrubs (that’s just to mention just a few)

The Site Team at Oakwell Place have been very helpful and willing to rectify any outstanding remedial works. This is our 1st home and we are quite new to everything, with the team there we are able to enjoy this even more. Also, the sales team have been supportive and helpful during the purchase process which we are thankful for. Lucas and Agnieszka, Plot 21.

Moving into our dream home has been an incredible experience, and we absolutely love it! The Abbey New Homes team, especially Michelle, were welcoming, responsive, and supportive throughout the entire purchasing process.

A special thank you to our site manager, Dean, who went above and beyond to ensure our move was seamless, even when I went into labor on moving day. Dean was exceptionally personable, consistently checking in with us to ensure the quality of our new home met our expectations and promptly addressing any snags. We couldn't be happier with our new home and the outstanding service we received.

Simon has been most helpful with snagging and always a phone call away, very happy with my home and my experience with Abbeys in Imperial gardens Folkestone.

We recently moved into a new build with Abbey Homes, and honestly things couldn’t have gone better ! With just a small amount of snags they were able to fix everything in a timely manner.
We are really grateful to Connor the site manager! He has been a great go to and so happy to help, thank you all at abbey homes for making this as stress free as possible and amazing customer care !!

We have lived in our new home over a week now and it has been great. The house itself has been built brilliantly. With all new houses there are a few snags here and there, but all minor and have been rectified within a few days. Dean the site manager who is a lovely guy, has swiftly made sure everything is to our satisfaction and has constantly been available throughout our moving in process, as well as answering all of our questions. Michelle at the Abbey New Homes office was so lovely and friendly and made us feel very comfortable. She gave us all the information we needed and asked for, not only when we came to enquire but throughout the whole purchasing process. This is our first home and has been a great experience. We would highly recommend this company for anyone who would like to buy a new build house.

It was a very nice experience with the whole process of buying my property. Michelle and Dean well experienced and kind enough people for their profession.
Michelle has great talent of having all information in hand and quick answers to questions.
Dean is so helpful and knowledgeable person with all Maintanance issues and questions. He really wants to make all customers satisfied.

We purchased our new home in February of this year, and we love it!

Karen and Grant from sales office were very supportive through it all.

Mick from New Abbey homes - again very attentive and supportive, we had few snagging issues but he dealt with it very quickly and efficiently.

All staff we met were informative and helpful during our buying process.
Handover was very thorough and snagging was minimal and dealt with easily.

The process of purchasing a new Abbey home 3 months ago was facilitated by the supportive and informative sales team. Karen’s attention to detail was great.
The inevitable snagging that followed the move has been dealt with quickly and effectively by Mic which can’t always have been easy (thanks very much). This has really enabled the lovely new home to be enjoyed.

....we've just moved into our new house bought from Abbey House and are extremely satisfied with the James / Sales Advisor support from the very beginning to the day we've moved in there.
James served his support, advising us the parties involved (broker, solicitors) which also offered great service keeping up with all the deadlines.
We've got the key to the house as it was agreed on the first time we've met and with some questions that we had James offered his support straight away by contacting relevant people from the company sharing back all the information he received with us.

We recently purchased our new home from abbey about 2 weeks ago , all of the team members were really supportive. Dean , one of the team member was really amazing , we cannot express how happy we are , he is such a talented person and always been helpful. whenever we call for anything he will answer the calls and tries to sort it out quickly as much as possible .we haven’t heard of him saying NO to anything ,if it’s small or big any issues , he can handle it well with a smiling face 😌 we are so thankful to him , as well as to Michelle who helped us to buy our dream house . My fiancé & I have just secured our dream
house in Lenham with the guidance of the
Wonderful Sara. Sara from the first time we met her for our viewing a week ago became more of a friend.
Sara had all the answers to our questions and more, she reassured us completely that any problems would be dealt with on site and talked us through the next phase of the development.
The fact that I cried when I walked into my now house just made us realise this was the one .
Sara you are amazing thank you for everything you have done to make our dream come true . We hope Wards are aware how lucky they are to have you.

My husband and I recently purchased an ex-Show Home at Hawthorns in Stoke Mandeville. We had a long and difficult journey selling our previous property due to the current climate, however, Abbey made the purchase of our dream home as easy as it could be. We were constantly reassured, felt cared for and prioritised and couldn't have been happier with our service. Ben South was absolutely wonderful, and Henry's handover was thorough and excellent. Our home is absolutely beautiful, lovely finishes and the perfect place for my husband and I as we move into our next chapter. I purchased a Abby Homes house in had a few problems which have been handled by Dantie of Abby Homes , some of these problems have taken time to resolve , but they have been resolved and I’m very satisfied with the results . The problem was trying to get reliable contractors in the end Dantie of Abby Homes found a reliable contractor to complete the work. I was always kept informed of what was going on and my calls were returned. The after sales service was very good and I’m very happy with the service from Dantie and Abby Homes.Dave
