I should’ve done my research so I’m partly to blame, but this is the worst experience I’ve ever had ordering something online. This is an absolute scam. I ordered my jersey on 26 January and I am writing this now on February 3 got bogus messages saying that my jersey had been shipped, but you cannot click on the tracking emailed them for tracking info and got a email back from a guy named Patrick and he said that I would have the shipping info within 24 hours. It never came. I then emailed them again and some guy named. Derek said it’s the weekend and that today as I’m writing this, I would receive the tracking info. It is 11 PM Eastern time and I never received an email from them so I went looking at reviews on the Internet and everybody is basically saying the same thing which is happening to me right now I’m going to the bank in the morning and filing a fraud claim on them to get my money back. People do your research. I should’ve done mine. This company needs to be investigated for fraud and be shut down. I don’t know how they’re still in business.

Shipping took a bit longer than I expected, and I wasn’t happy at first. But they were quick to respond and made sure I knew what was going on. I even got a follow-up from the founder, which was unexpected but appreciated. The jersey is great quality, and they definitely went above and beyond to make things right.

I had ordered my nephew a soccer Jersey for Christmas in early December for Christmas. Order came well after Christmas ( which was not a big deal) but wa the wrong Jersey. Emailed for resolution sounded as though they wouidl fix the order then nothing. Emailed three more times to date with order number and nothing but htye did take my money.

The agent was helpful in solving my problem with no hassle and gave me all the information I need to make a decision on my return.

Okay, I wasn’t expecting much after my order arrived late. I was annoyed and figured, “Here we go, another company that doesn’t care.” But then, out of nowhere, the founder emailed me directly. I mean, who does that? Barak explained everything, gave me a discount for my trouble, and made sure my order was right. The jersey looks amazing, and even though it was late, I’d definitely order again.

Had an issue with my order, but the support team resolved it quickly. They even offered a discount on my next purchase. Very satisfied with their service.

Honestly, I had my doubts after my order got delayed. It wasn’t the easiest process, and communication felt slow at first. But out of nowhere, I got an email from Barak, the founder. He personally apologized and even refunded my shipping fee without me asking. That’s the kind of thing you don’t see often. The jersey itself? Top-notch. I’ll give them credit for owning up to their mistakes and doing what they could to fix it.

Ordered 3rd January with no updates to date. No status on tracking number provided. Have tried contacting them multiple times with no replies. Today I received one item of the three I ordered and its 2 sizes too big and a totally different player to what I ordered. Wont be ordering from these guys again sadly.

I ordered a Christmas present on December 7,2024 and it is Jan 21, 2025 and my order has not yet arrived. However, the CEO reached out to me via email and went above and beyond to make things right. He sincerely apologized for the delay and miscommunication throughout my process and guaranteed delivery of my product next day! Even though it took a long time to get my product the CEO reaching out to me made all the difference in the world! I would order from them again because of the excellent customer service!

The jersey came quick and it’s even better than i expected. customer service was super helpful too.

We ordered the Christmas vacation jersey. Received it fast and the quality was great. Customer service was top notch!

I order my product December 17. Yes they could probably work a little bit better on communicating better but I finally did get my product and I was very happy with it and so is my grandson. Thank you again for coming through and making my grandson smile the product is very well so happy with that as well.

the griswold jersey is unreal. wore it to a party and everyone kept asking where i got it.
