My package said delivered but I never received anything, I contacted the company and was emailed by Drew the support executive and man when I tell you the customer service was outstanding!!! Literally outstanding!! I’ve purchased things from many companies and never have I ever receive such amazing customer service.. The help, the consistency of communication, the assurance, the comfort! I’m blown away, Drew is a godsend to this company!!

The delivery time is a long process

Placed an order back in January 2024 and back at the end of February i received an email stating that the person I was in emails with was no longer with their company. they stated it was mailed out with a tracking number but then responded back that it was a bad tracking number. They stated that since it was a customized jersey it would take 2 weeks to get it made again and they would ship it expedited without cost to me. it is now the end of March and I have not received any tracking number or jersey in the mail. I would not recommend this company as they are not based in the US and their response time is horrid.

Ordered a college jersey 12/11, had to inquire about status 2 weeks after and was told since custom order would take 4-6 weeks, so much for this being a Christmas gift! I remembered to check order status around 1/15 to see that a delivery attempt failed on 1/13. What's odd about this is i NEVER received a notice from anyone about a failed delivery and whoever this delivery company is "tried" to deliver on a Saturday to my office, that is located in an office district where every delivery service of any kind knows that all these office buildings are not open for deliveries on the weekends! To pour salt in the wound i just know looked up the status, again no email of any kind, to see that the 2nd attempt failed and the 3rd attempt failed because they had an invalid delivery address. So the address was OK for the 1st and 2nd attempt, but NOT the 3rd, seriously!? Looks like this "company" is doing nothing but scamming people. Will be calling my credit card company to file a dispute. STAY AWAY!!!

I ordered the item first week of December, didn't receive a tracking number for a week. I contacted them and they said my item was on back order and it would ship the next week. Same thing no tracking number sent. They gave me the runaround until it finally shipped two days after Christmas. And the item never made it to Canada and got sent back. They finally reshipped the item and didn't send a tracking number. Received the Jersey and the Quality is garbage, Will return the jersey or try to do a charge back on the credit card.

I ordered and received the jersey I ordered. The quality is ok, however the sizing chart was off and I have the wrong size. The website claims we can exchange items, I followed the process on 12/26/23 and today is 1/17/24 with no response. I emailed customer service and received a reply the the return/exchange department was backed up.. hah... how about non-existent? The company then offered to sell me another jersey size small. They agreed to a discounted price but never followed through. I hope to get a resolution through my credit card company at this point. Advise potential to look for another company.
