I was approached by a friendly member of staff who helped me decide what purchase to make. I could not decide so they explained how they use the 100% brand of cycling gloves. I purchased them and used them for a few rides and they were excellent did exactly what the staff member recommended.

Bought a Scott Addict 20 on cycle to work scheme on line. So required the usual admin to get bike ordered, this was a seamless experience with Phil at Southampton. Bike was shipped out in no time & was exactly as it should be. However, after 20 miles front wheel developed a clicking noise. Contacted Phil who was very helpful, suggested I take the wheel to local Scott dealer to get it looked at. It couldn't be fixed & required replacement. Phil opened a ticket with Scott, 2 days later I had a replacement wheel set. Excellent service, communication with 99 bikes was very responsive, nothing was too much trouble. Very impressed, 99 bikes at Southampton & Phil are highly recommended.

Easy to order on-line and collect the bike from my local 99 cycles (Winchester). Great service when I went to pick the bike up, they found screws for fixing mudguards, which I already had, and supplied these foc.

Spoke with the the Swindon shop regarding a bottom bracket the information given was really helpful and knowledgeable, I also mentioned that the headset was loose and could they have a quick look, they said bring your bike along, within ten minutes they had fixed the problem, they also found a Bottom bracket that fitted perfectly to my bike, and this was all on a SUNDAY. EXCELLENT SERVICE THANK YOU.

Just a great bike shop. Super-helpful, really know their stuff and some great bikes and kit. If you’re cycling in the new forest, it’s well worth making time to visit.

My return to road cycling was made so simple with the support of Andrew at Southampton. He walked me through the cycle2work scheme, and did a good deal on the bike and accessories I wanted. Collection was perfect and gave me the opportunity to tweak a few things. The manager, Byron, was again super helpful and knowledgeable.
