Exceptional service from Chris, James and the team in Winchester. I recently sought their advice on the purchase of a mountain bike and bought a Scott Scale 910. Brilliant.

Brilliant customer service, very accommodating and welcoming. Great knowledge and communication. Ordered 2 bikes for Christmas presents for my boys. Great bikes but as ever kids bust things quickly. Chris had things repaired and back in no time.

Very helpful staff and good advice.

Great service, great advice, great choice, great products and great price, plus ready for collection quicker than expected, then kindly held for Santa to collect.

What more could you want.

Earlier this year I spent £1000 on a new bike and accessories. When I got the bike home the drive train was very rattly and noisy in certain gears. No matter I thought I have the free check up coming up. I took the bike in and reported the fault and after it had been checked out I was told that the rattling was due to the fact that I wasn't changing gear properly and the rattle was because the chain was between gears as I wasn't making sure it was in gear properly. I have been riding bikes with derailleurs for 45 years and I know what it sounds like when the chain is between gears so i know this was not the problem. I wouldn't have minded this patronising remark if the rattle had been fixed. As soon as I got home I rode the bike and it was still noisy. I tried to contact the shop via their online contact form immediately afterwards (in September) and I am still awaiting a reply in December. The bike has been in my garage ever since as I can't bear to ride it with the noise coming from the drive train. I will have to take it to a proper bike shop and incur the expense of getting it fixed. Amazed at the shocking level of customer service at 99 Bikes.

I have nothing but praise for Chris, James, Mike, Tom, and the rest of the team. They gave me great aftercare when I bought two electric bikes. I needed a rear mudguard and pannier rack. It took some time but they sorted me out in the end. Well done Winchester 99 Bikes staff

Recently purchased a bike from 99 at Winchester , all the guys that work there are great and are all very friendly , informative and knowledgeable. Happy to help and give advice regardless of making a purchase from them or not. My partner also purchased a bike not from 99 due to limited sale stock but they helped us to find the bike we wanted in stock else where , Needless to say we are more then happy with their customer service .

Great service from the staff at 99 Bikes Winchester. Was visiting from Canada and riding the King Alfred’s away. Just after leaving Winchester managed to slice my rear tire on a large piece of flint. Called the store told them what I needed. By the time I walked back to the road, called a cab and got to the store my new tires and tubeless set up where waiting for me on the counter. I set the tire up in the parking lot and guys seated them for me with the compressor. Absolutely awesome service, completely saved my ride!

Great equipment and very helpful selecting a helmet for my two year old who can often be tricky on shopping trips. Very pleased with the service

Easy to order on-line and collect the bike from my local 99 cycles (Winchester). Great service when I went to pick the bike up, they found screws for fixing mudguards, which I already had, and supplied these foc.

I get what I paid for

Just taken delivery of a new bike and accessories purchased through the cycle to work scheme. Staff at Winchester branch (special mention to Tom) were very helpful throughout the whole process, from initial enquiries, through selecting bike and accessories, explaining the scheme, contacting me with updates their end, through to collection of everything. Will now be popping by on a regular basis to check on deals and use the service side of things.

Just swung by you guys in Winchester - you were brilliant. Thanks for the help and friendly service. 5* will be back!
