A big thank you to 99Cycles. I bought an electric bike from them in Sep and started to have a few problems in Dec. I took it in on a Saturday and, even thought the workshop isn’t open on a Saturday, they fixed it! I can only get in at a weekend so was expecting a week without my bike. Amazing service and clear explanation of what the problem had been and how it had been resolved. My bike feels like new! Thank you so much

Great experience. I picked a bike for my little girl under the guise of letting Santa know which to collect. The team picked up on it and totally ran with it, was brilliant. Great customer service and great stock.

The guys at 99 Bikes Swindon did a fantastic job prepping my winter bike for another season of training. They did a full strip and rebuild, cleaned and greased everything, and replaced a number of parts that were well beyond their best! The bike was finished off with a ceramic frame coating to make keeping the bike clean a lot easier, and fitted some new mudguards. The bike rides better than new! To top it off, they looked after my wallet too with some competitive pricing on the work. 10/10 😀😀

Each time I visit 99 Bikes Swindon, they exceed all expectations I have, without doubt 2nd to none, THE BEST customer service experience I've ever had and not just in the cycling industry. 10/10

Mark and the lads at 99 Bikes, Swindon were great. My knowledge of modern bikes, and especially electric bikes, is minimal but Mark patiently talked me through the main considerations and helped me get my head around how these applied to my health related limitations. I went along with an idea of which bike I thought was suitable but, thanks to Mark and the lads, I went away totally confident that my new bike was exactly what I needed. Some great impartial advice on which accessories to get too. Brilliant service and a really friendly, approachable team.

Spoke with the the Swindon shop regarding a bottom bracket the information given was really helpful and knowledgeable, I also mentioned that the headset was loose and could they have a quick look, they said bring your bike along, within ten minutes they had fixed the problem, they also found a Bottom bracket that fitted perfectly to my bike, and this was all on a SUNDAY. EXCELLENT SERVICE THANK YOU.
