Avoid at all cost. They never mention hidden charges for any after sale service and policies during sale. They charge you for £100 to reduce the size wedding band!

We had a wonderful experience with 77 Diamonds when my husband bought my engagement ring from them, so when it came to choosing our wedding bands, we naturally decided to return to the company. We trusted them with two very important pieces of jewellery for our wedding.
Unfortunately, our recent experience has left us extremely disappointed and genuinely upset.
My husband needed his wedding band to be made slightly smaller, and during his appointment today he was simply told that this would cost £100. What was particularly disappointing was the complete lack of willingness to help or find an alternative solution. There was no attempt to understand our concerns or explain the options properly — it felt as though the only priority was charging us another £100.
Even more frustratingly, the lady assisting my husband could not properly explain what would happen to the material removed from the ring or where it would go. We had already paid for the ring and its material, so we expected a clear and professional explanation of what would happen to it.
The whole experience made us feel like a number rather than valued customers or people. There was no personal touch, no sense of understanding, and very little empathy. For something as meaningful and emotional as our wedding rings, this was incredibly disappointing.
We are particularly upset because we chose to come back to 77 Diamonds because of the trust we had built with the company through the purchase of my engagement ring. We genuinely expected the same level of care and customer service when buying our wedding bands.
Instead, we left feeling let down, undervalued and treated as though our only importance was the additional £100 we were expected to pay.
For a company dealing with high-value jewellery and such important life events, we expected considerably more. A wedding ring is not simply a piece of metal — it carries enormous emotional meaning. Customers should be made to feel listened to, respected and looked after, not processed like a transaction.
This experience has seriously damaged our impression of 77 Diamonds, and sadly, what was once a company we were happy to recommend is now a company that has left us feeling deeply disappointed and questioning whether we would ever use them again.

Wanted to get my girlfriend the perfect engagement ring. I looked and looked for months, and nothing was right. I came across 77 and found the vintage style ring and I knew this was the one! Kept looking and I kept coming back to this one.
Visited the Manchester branch to view the ring but unfortunately they didn’t have in it but I found a video on TikTok. I did get to view a few diamonds I was interested in.
Couple of weeks later, I ordered the ring…4/5 weeks later, it arrived.
Everything about it is perfect, the way it’s all packaged, the paperwork and the ring itself… well the ring is absolutely stunning and pictures will never do it justice.
Now I wait for the special day to come for me to propose. Will definitely be back for wedding rings….

Had an exceptional experience with 77 Diamonds from start to finish. I used their bespoke design service to create a very unique engagement ring and the entire process exceeded my expectations.

Maja, who guided me through the design process was outstanding. She was friendly, knowledgeable, responsive, and patient throughout. I had a very specific vision in mind and requested numerous tweaks along the way to refine the design to my liking, so I imagine I wasn't the easiest customer! Despite this, Maja was always happy to accommodate every adjustment, offering helpful advice and ensuring every detail was exactly as I wanted. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble and her dedication made the whole experience enjoyable and stress free.

Before choosing 77D, I spoke with several other jewellers about creating the ring. However, 77D stood out as the clear choice thanks to their exceptional customer service, expertise, and experience in bespoke jewellery. From the very first enquiry, I felt confident that my vision was in the right hands.

The finished ring is absolutely perfect - beautifully crafted and exactly as I had imagined, if not better. I couldn't be happier with the result and more importantly, so is my Fiancée.

I can highly recommend 77diamonds, dealt with Tarek Aliwiye at 77diamonds, he was so helpful knew what I wanted when I mentioned a yellow diamond and had the mock up within a few days went through the diamond types etc. I had my new engagement ring within 4 weeks of ordering and has now been put away until my 60th in April and cannot wait to wear it and show of to my friends
