As a new business I ordered some equipment to use. I mentioned this to a friend who asked if I had signed up as a new business. I hadn't so rang them. After speaking to 2 people I received an email later that day telling me they had refunded me some money. No questions asked. Excellent service. Will definatley recommend to friends.

Excellent and very prompt service , very quick to sort out a mix up over my address and very generous in suggesting that I should keep, free of charge, the missing belt when it eventually turned up despite 66fit having replaced it by then.

Very helpful
I needed to check with the company before I placed my order.
They were exceptionally helpful with my queries and went above and beyond to help.
When the products arrived ( very quick delivery too), I was very impressed with the quality of both items.

Really impressed with the customer service. Very friendly staff who are keen to help. I've ordered a bicep sleeve and rumble roller beastie and both were excellent products at the best prices. Delivery was fast too. Can't fault them.

The model is ok, but feel I have seen better
The insertions of the holes in the pelvic floor do not include the urethra, which I was disappointed about.

good but spare freezer pack is essential.
Great concept but the freezer pack needs redoing quite soon so an option to buy a spare is essential.

Resîstance bands
I have purchased from 66 fit before and needless to say am extremely pleased with the service and quality of products. The resistance bands are excellent for rehabilitation exercises.
