Passed first time!
I had previously tried to learn to drive about 20 years ago and did not have a supportive instructor and it put me off.
Mirwais was completely different. Supportive, friendly, knowledgeable and patient. He made learning seem less daunting and had a great way of explaining everything.

I passed my driving test last Saturday…
I passed my driving test last Saturday thanks to Omer.
I was really scared of driving at first, but he was patient, supportive, and explained everything clearly.
He helped me gain confidence and feel comfortable behind the wheel so I easily passed the test with only two minor mistakes.
I’m very thankful for his help and would definitely recommend him.

Passed first try with 4wheelz!
I have passed my driving test first try today and used 4wheelz the entire time I learnt to drive. My instructor Anthony was an absolutely amazing instructor very kind and understanding from my very first lesson and helped build my confidence so much. I passed my test 1st time today
I passed my test 1st time today with only 2 minor marks , with a big thank you to Azam my instructor for getting me ready for this day , every lesson I gained every ounce of knowledge and skill needed in order to be a competent driver and also build up the confidence needed to take to the road , such a well mannered individual, very friendly , and easy to get along with , not only have I gained a driving licence !! I’ve gained a friend !! I highly recommend anyone who wants to learn to drive to use 4 wheels and in particular Azam as your instructor !!
You won’t be disappointed !!

Great Instructor and service
Dudley office. Steven B was a fantastic instructor. He was very patient with me and put me at ease during my lessons. He gave me the confidence to believe in my driving which resulted in a pass on my first driving test.

Azam was really patient and very calm…
Azam was really patient and very calm whilst I was learning he helped me pass with only 2 minor marks. Would highly recommend azam and 4 wheelz driving school for anybody and everybody.

I recently passed my driving test
I recently passed my driving test with 4Wheelz Driving School, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience! A huge thank you to my instructor Bal, who was absolutely fantastic from start to finish.
Bal was incredibly patient, supportive, and knowledgeable. He explained everything clearly and made sure I felt confident behind the wheel. His calm and encouraging teaching style helped me overcome any nerves and improve steadily with each lesson.

Just passed today with 3 minors with Azan best instructor out there been patient with me.i have been with him for 8 months now taught me everything I needed to know with a great standard off driving I highly recommend him to anyone looking to get a licence and want to be taught with a high standard off driving

Passed first time
I passed first time on the 16/09/25 with Azam as my driving instructor and only received 1 minor. Azam has been a great driving instructor and has encouraged me throughout my driving journey. When I first started lessons with Azam, my driving had errors and many mistakes. In a short space of time he managed to guide and teach me into becoming a much better driver and at a high standard. Azam is a kind and friendly instructor who wants the best for his students.
I highly recommend Azam as a driving instructor and 4 Wheelz.

Learning too drive
I had my first driving test today, (16th off September) and I couldn’t have passed it without my instructor Tony. Tony has been so patient from my very first lesson and has taught me everything I needed to know to be a safe driver with confidence. If you are looking for an instructor with patience+experience to help build your confidence on the road I highly recommend Tony, he is so supportive and will help encourage you more and more every single lesson.

Elizabeth has been amazing with my daughter from her first lesson through to her driving test. She has given her confidence in her driving ability, encouragement and 5* lessons. Booked A Trial, Was Given Instructor name and details for 9am 21/08/2025..The Driver didnt show up, so I phone 0n 03334441064 and The Girl On The Desk says 'Oh can you take the lesson at 10am after checking with the driving instructor!!!! BASICALLY unreliable 4WHEELZ.....Do Students pay thousands of £s for unreliable driving instructors- honestly is this what all Students who try this service is getting!!!
THE DRIVING INDUSTRY is common known for unreliable driving instructors and BUSINESES LIKE 4WHEELZ who dont have enough drivers to meet demand & where its taking months even years for lessons to be complete! UPON telling this to the Customer Service Girl , she became ANGRY saying its not her fault! This is the level of customer service-------honestly, how are these people defined as a business! STOP EMPLOYING GENERATION Z's IN CUSTOMER SERVICE POSITIONS, THE UK IN THE 70S, 80S, 90S THRIVED ON CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESETIVES, ITS WAS ONCE AN INDUSTRY OF THE BRTISH, Average Barista, Average Call-Centre, its all gone down the trash because companies employ Generation Zs, and The ALPHA's are worse! IN 2025 THE BRITISH CUSTOMER SERVICE INDUSTRY IS BOLLOCKS! SHAMEFUL!!-----FOLLOWING ON FROM 4WHEELZ REPLY, which is total load of bollocks- The 4Wheelz Representative speaking on the phone was a CHILD, underaged Generation Z, who when I questioned their services is unreliable, told me not to lecture her! IS THIS THE BASIS OF THIS PERSONS VAST EXPERIENCE IN CUSTOMER SERVICE! IM GENERATION X, WE GREW UP ON BRITISH CUSTOMER SERVICE & for a reputable industry as 4Wheelz to book 10am rather than 9am, is ridiculous---HOW MANY HUNDREDS OF CUSTOMERS OF 4WHEELZ PAYING THOUSANDS OF POUNDS FOR LESSEONS AND I BET THE DRIVERS DONT TURN UP! This is a pathetic run business, run by GENERATION Zs, Alpha's on The Phone's with no experience of CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!-------------------REMEMBER CUSTOMER SERVICE IS A LAW, BINDED IN THE BRITISH CONSTITUTION- YOU COULD BE SUED!

Thank you for your feedback. We want to clarify the circumstances surrounding your booking.
Your trial lesson was scheduled with an instructor who had the time noted for 10am instead of 9am, a genuine booking error for which our office immediately apologised. As soon as you called, our receptionist checked with the instructor, confirmed availability at 10am, and offered you that lesson time.
Instead of accepting the apology or solution, you chose to launch into a lengthy rant about the driving industry and generational stereotypes, directed at a member of our team who, contrary to your assumption, is not from “Generation Z” but a highly experienced receptionist in her 50s. Despite this, she remained polite, informed you that your refund would be processed immediately, and ended the call only after you continued to be verbally abusive.
You then rang back demanding a refund, which was, as already explained, being processed without delay. At 4 Wheelz, we have a zero-tolerance policy towards abuse of our staff.
We pride ourselves on being one of the most established and reputable driving schools in the Midlands, trusted by thousands of learner drivers for over 25 years. While mistakes can occasionally occur, as with any business, what sets us apart is that we act quickly, apologise sincerely, and resolve the matter professionally.
We are sorry that this incident overshadowed your first contact with us. We stand firmly by our team and our values of respect, professionalism, and excellent service.

I had an instructor called Steve he has…
I had an instructor called Steve he has been the best instructor ever and was very helpful and friendly always encouraging me but made sure I knew where I went wrong and how to fix it.
He made me feel comfortable and I can say I have now passed my driving test with 3 faults.
Would definitely recommend him to anyone. This has been a great driving experience.
