We have R&D teams scattered across three offices so 3DPrinterOS allows our design engineers to send print jobs directly to the manufacturing lab without needing a local technician to constantly babysit the machines. The cloud-based monitoring give us enough visibility, and the administrative controls keep our intellectual property secure so yeah, highly recommended

We implemented 3DPrinterOS to standardize our printing processes across several departments, and so far the results are excellent. Their software makes it easy to control user permissions, track print activity, and manage queues without constant supervision.

We have a mix of printer brands in our department lab and the thing I kept running into was that every manufacturer wants you on their own software. 3DPrinterOS just connects to all of them so I stopped juggling three different dashboards. Students can send jobs remotely which cut down on the line of people waiting at the printer. It's not perfect, the slicing preview could be snappier, but for managing a busy lab it's been solid.

Managing 50+ machines across our production floor. Tried two other platforms before this one and both fell apart past about 20 printers. 3DPrinterOS has handled the load without issues for the past eight months. Not flashy, just works. The reporting side could use more export options but overall it does what we need it to do.
