No response to emails. I ordered a necklace that I had a question about. I also paid with PayPal and they charged me 2 different charges. I have no idea what the second charge of $32.95 is for. Can't review the product yet because I haven't received it!

Stretchy bracelets need to be a little for people with bigger wrists. Otherwise beautiful bracelets.

Shipping was fast and the ring was well packaged. Although I wish the band was a little thicker, I love the way the ring looks!

This company is fraud! I placed an order on November 19th. I sent several emails inquiring about my order. They will not let me know where is production my items are. They got my PayPal transaction over $200.00 these were to be Christmas gifts.

My grandmother loved the birthstone ring and chose the stone of her birthday month. But it took too long to make and needs improvement.

I ordered two items three weeks ago, never got a confirmation but Paypal transaction went through. I've sent six emails to customer service and no response.

They stated they did not have the product I ordered and when I asked for a refund they then stated they did not have an order from me (even though I gave them an order no).

I'm in love with all of this. Is there any recommended way to polish it? It feels a bit dull.

It's very beautiful, but I just wish the name part is bigger and not clustered together.

I placed two separate orders I did screenshot my orders so I had to order numbers, was supposed to receive confirmation but never did. However I got an email offering me a discount and so I responded by asking about my orders and was told they have no record of my orders. So my next response was I attached the screenshots that had my order numbers on them and I have not heard anything since. My biggest mistake was that I use my debit card and not a credit card or PayPal. My bank is trying to retrieve the money I was scammed out of. Do not do not under any circumstances make the same mistake that I did. This place is nothing but scammers.

It has been 21 days and they can’t even say when the package will arrive and according to the tracking number, it hasn’t moved in 10 days. Do not order from this site unless you do not want the item. They also do not see any refund the purchase and insist that I wait it out so I am forced to contact PayPal. I understand things happen, however it would seem that they would feel a slight obligation to make it easier on the customer when they can see for themselves (through the tracking number) that I obviously am not going to receive the item.

I've loved everything I've bought from this site so far. Great quality and great prices!!

I like the look of this necklace, but if you wear it for 5 minutes, it gets tangled and constantly comes undone while wearing it.

37jewelry company is a complete scam! Purchased an item online for it to never be delivered! Emailed them directly for them to give me some bullcrap run around and that's it! Highly not satisfied. Do not waste your time and money!
