Think twice before dealing with this company from China. Not only are the jewelry made of cheap metal that will turn green, but they are dishonest about their advertising. I ordered one to be delivered to Canada. Took forever, when it arrived, it was nothing like advertised. I wanted to return the item, they sent me a return address in CHINA. Would've cost over $200 to send it back. Then they sent an address in in the U.S, shipping and duties $68.
Now i'm STUCK with a ring I can't wear with cheap 'adjustable' metals that rotate and never stay put.
DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY. THEY DO NOT STAY BEHIND THEIR INFERIOR PRODUCTS

Very disappointed in my ring I've had it for a week and it has turned my finger green.

Received jewelry after very lonnnngggg wait, all the rings (5 to be exact) made my daughters fingers turn green..

I give this a one star because my first dealings with them were good. At first, the stones in the ring were wrong and they sent me a new one with corrections. This was in July 2023. Then, my mother, for whom I bought the ring as a mothers ring of five children, just came to me now, in January 2024, stating she didn’t want to tell me, she felt bad, but all the gold plating had flaked off by September 2023. It was unwearable and I was embarrassed to have not fully read the reviews to see this happens often. It’s beyond the money back timeframe, so I just have to go to another company and find a new ring. I would add pictures if I could. Buyer beware!

I ordered 3 rings, and I've emailed the company several times but just automatic emails back saying it has been shipped. Yet, I keep asking them for a shipping number. And they just say thank you for your patience. I am still waiting. They were quick at taking my money. I wouldn't order from this company. It is not a Reputable company, I will be contacted my bank so they can deal with.

I ordered a customized photo ring and the photo I uploaded did not have a white trim around it. It looks ridiculous. Contacted customer service and they said the size/ratio of the photo was wrong. Well then they should have said that when I uploaded it! Their solution was to sell me another one at 50% off but due to machine upgrades I would have to wait and order in a month. Lol WTH! So unprofessional. Quality is poor and I would steer far from this ridiculous company. In the returns and exchanges rules #1 says: We maintain close communication throughout the production process to ensure that the product meets their expectation. No they absolutely did not contact me about any photo size issues. I am looking into a class action lawsuit because they lie and they have a lot of unsatisfied customers

Everything went wrong, i ordered weeks for christmas a memorialring with the photo of my mom
for myself for christmas, the ring came weeks and weeks after christmas, they were so sorry.....then the ring came, in 1 week time, the gold went in to cupper and the photo was not a photo anymore 50% of the photo was gone. I didnt had the ring on when i took a shower or did my washes, i wear the ring everybody else where their ring...i paid almost 50 dollars for a piece of copper. I mailed and the response was more remarkable then you can imagen.....the machine wasn"t working good enough so they had to upgrade it.....then why the heck sell these garbagerings??? Everything is for the money....unbelievable really unbelievable, so when you need garbage please do youre order with 37jewelry, they are so very good.. ..Thank you very much 37jewelry, (sorry for my bad writing english, im from the netherlands)

The December birthstone is way to dark. It is hard to see which one it is with my September stone color. Also on both of our rings they are discoloring on the bands

Do not order from them.!!! I placed my order dec 14th AND paid for express shipping. After 2 weeks I emailed asking for an update on my order. I have since sent many emails asking for updates. And all I get in response are automated emails stating it takes 7-10 business days and thanks for my patience... it’s Jan 20 and I am still waiting they won’t refund my money not even the shipping

I got this ring from my daughter for Christmas. I'm the one who directed then to the website.

The ring is beautiful, the problem is the phone wears out so have to either not wear it or get some protective film to stop from wearing out.

I'll be as helpful and constructive as I can to a company who has made FRAUDULENT charge to my bank account. I noticed a charge but have never ordered from this company. I have no idea where they got my information. This is both FRAUD and THEFT.

I ordered matching rings for my daughter and I with our birthstones on them! It took close to 2 months to come and no updates on tracking so I emailed numerous times trying to cancel and they claimed “it’s almost there” the worst part, I didn’t even get the chance to give my daughter hers cuz I put mine on and a stone fell out within 10 mins!! And my finger was brown the next morning, and they claimed it was sterling silver!!! THEY REFUSE TO GIVE ME A REFUND even tho I got a damaged garbage!!! DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THESE SCAMMERS!!! They will tell you the jewelry is real and NONE of it is!!!!

I GOT THE RING, IT HAD A PIC ON IT OF MY FRIEND AND HER SON THAT SHE HAD LOST! SHE LOVED IT UNTIL NOT EVEN A WHOLE DAY PASSED, THE PIC FELL OFF THE RING! SHE IS TOTALLY HEARTBROKEN BECAUSE OF THIS! IT WASN'T EVEN GLUED ON OR WHATEVER! SCAM!!!!

Ordered a ring custom made for Xmas and it took forever !! Also when my daughter wore it 2x it turned Green on her finger !! I emailed them and they told me to just use a silver polishing cloth ??? Not happy about this company at ALL !

I am writing to say I haven't received my purchased item. I ordered it Nov. 30th, 2023 and it's Jan. 1st of 2024. It's still not arrived. It was in total like 47.88. I feel ripped off and stupid for trusting this company. It was a Christmas present a memory for my daughter who lost her son to a vaccine. This makes me very angry at this company and myself for trusting them!!

First of all, it did take a little over two weeks to receive the necklace I ordered for my daughter. Which was caused by coming from China and having to clear customs which I understand. Secondly, I paid extra for a "gold" necklace that turned brown within minutes of my daughter taking a shower while wearing the necklace. The "gold" charm didn't change just the necklace.
I would NOT recommend purchasing from this company.

I ordered 2 necklaces back in the middle of November and it just arrived today, 31 Dec 2023. When I placed the order, I never received a confirmation email and was then charged more on what posted to my bank account than shown during checkout. When I saw that I was overcharged, I reached out to the company and NEVER heard back from them. The quality of the jewelry is subpar and not worth the headache. I will not be ordering from them again.

Mother-daughter ring ordered in November just received it was a Christmas gift but obviously not now. The ring is too small not true to size like I was told she cant even get it on her pinky. Cheaply made. Dont order from this company spend alittle more at a good known company and get what will last, fit and on time. They dont care about their customers.

Ordered December 7th, not delivered
