An extremely cheap, quick and efficient means of setting up a company
I recently wanted to create a new company (truthfully, little more than a shell) in order to be able to apply for a spot in a desirable local office; as I only wanted to spend the absolute minimum and needed the Certificate of Incorporation ASAP, I chose 360 Company Formations.
And was not disappointed! For just £9.99, I obtained my Certificate within 24 hours (you can, of course, spend more in order to set up a more fully-fleshed company; you get a menu of options at the beginning of the process).
All in all, highly recommended.

Terrible application form, excellent customer service
The application form was incredibly user unfriendly and difficult to fill out. I wasted about 2hrs unsuccessfully attempting to complete it.
The 3 stars are for the helpful and friendly 360 customer support who eventually stepped in to help me complete the process.
