Like others have said, I was surprised with my purchase. My dress fitted as expected, I bought a large for the length but a medium would have been good. I am 5'4 and usually wear a medium, but if you're like me who won't be wearing heels a large will give you the perfect length. I will purchase from this seller again. The other reviews helped me alot. Keep it up!

Do NOT purchase from 27Dress.com! They do not stand behind their product and will not do returns. If your dress does not fit - it is your problem - the company said that's not their fault. So - we're out $169! The company is a total scam!

I was so pleasantly surprised with this dress! I ordered it for my daughter's band banquet at school and it is the most flattering dress she has ever had. She really wanted the pink one, but black was on prime and we needed it in a hurry. She loved it....it was flattering, comfortable, and just lovely on her. We measured her and went by the size guide and it fit perfectly!Worth your money

I bought this dress for my Prom and when I first got it, it looked weird at first until I tried it on, then I loved it! It looks so gorgeous on and I love the lace, it was personally my favorite part. I am satisfied with the quality and would use this site again.

I recived the dress several days ago and I can't help telling you how glad I was when I got the perfect designed dress. The dress is flattering and the seller had dress made and to Dallas, TX within a month's time. By the way, I wanna thanks Kimi who helped me a lot.

Order a dress from company had no complains came quick material and good timing. Received the 2nd dress took longer the last time. I couldn't believe the crap I received from this company. The dress was absolutely nothing like the picture advertise. Everything was wrong with this dress.. starting with its uneven!!!!! Been going back-and-forth with customer service ..sent pictures, they asked for more pictures sent more. All I keep getting back is their so sorry and will check with the factory. When I would follow up to see if anything was said....they basically would be like they didn't know who I was or what I was talking about ...and ask me to keep explaining over and over again what was wrong with the dress?!?! Finally push the issue about the dress and how irritated I was. After many emails..reply I got back was "the dresse is beautiful what is wrong with the dress." Kimi is the person I have been speaking to gone back-and-forth for over almost 4 weeks. It's funny she plays like she doesn't know who I am ,when I sent multiple emails....yet every reply back to me has her name on the bottom of each one? Instead of asking me multiple times about my dress and what's wrong with my dress..maybe she should go back and read her e-mails. Don't understand how the 1st dress was beautiful and 2nd dress the ball was dropped Tremendously !!!! Horrible customer service and going to fight for refund!!!!!! Also for some reason When I reply back to people enquiring for pictures and stuff ....somehow my comments are deleted??

Please read the Returns Policy before you order any dresses from this company. They have given a false contact number +15105985158. It is a china number and the code would be 0086 from UK. But when u dial the number it says out of service. U will never get a reply back from the email address given so please please be CAREFUL as you will never get your REFUND BACK!!!!

Very surprised at the gorgeous color and quality of this dress. I bought it in ivory and silver at two different time for my upcoming wedding. I wound up returning the ivory and then this one came and oh my gosh--way more beautiful than the ivory. I am 5'634;, 130 typically a size 4 and got this in an 8 and it fit perfectly. You will not be disappointed. it is perfect!

This website is not legit. 😡 my prom is April 6th and my dress just now coming in & the dress doesn’t look nothing like the picture. 😡😡

What you see on line is not what you get at all! It is a scam!!!!
I ordered a dress from your website on 2/5/2019 for my daughter’s senior prom.
We confirmed the ship date of 3/5/2019 as stated on your website for the dress before ordering.
We were not provided a tracking number and as 3/5/2019 drew near we tried contacting your website to confirm that the dress had been shipped or would be shipped.
After several attempts and beyond the 13-17 business days for tailoring that your customer service rep quoted via email the dress finally arrived yesterday 3/14/2019.
Unfortunately the dress that arrived is not what we ordered as it appears in the picture on your website. Since we live in the United States and were not able to see the dress and try it on we relied on the picture on your website to base our decision to order the dress. As you will see below from the pictures on your website and the ones attached the dress is not at all what you advertise.
The following pictures are taken from your site and are the pictures of the dress that we ordered.

The pictures attached to this email are pictures of the actual dress that we received on 3/14/2019.
Please note on the first picture the difference in flowers- the placement but more importantly the color and type of flowers. The blue flowers on the dress on the website are a soft muted natural blue. Which work perfectly with the other soft natural colors of the other flowers. The dress that we received has bright cheap blue flowers that do not fit the design of the dress at all and look horrible.
The dress on line also has very soft mossy green flowers that are not at all included in the dress that we received.
The dress that we received has white blue and pink flowers which look cheap and do not work with the design of the dress.
There are not any pointy flowers that edge the neck line as seen on the photo on line.
Please let me point out that the dress’s stand out features are the flowers and is the reason we purchased the dress.
The dress on line is gorgeous but the one received seems to be one that was produced with cheap dollar store bought flowers that were randomly placed on the dress and in a hurry.
Note the difference in the neck line. The one of the dress above has very clean lines and almost a plunge. Note the line on the dress above the difference and also how the stitching is. The bra pads are not visible in the picture but as you can see are very visible on the actual dress.
I have not heard back from the company and today is the fourth day since sending that email. Horrible! do not buy from this company. We are now with out a dress for my daughters senior prom.

What a piece of shitecompany. They will not respond to any emails calls complaints they will not refund you and they will not cancel your order. Even if you try cancelling one day after purchase. Trust me I know. You'll probably be better off selling the trash material the dress is made of to someone else.

All of the positive reviews are bought by the company to make themselves look better. This is a scam company, please do not waste your money, you will not get refunded and the dress either will look disgusting and nothing like the picture or will not come in general. Read the one star reviews to see the REAL reviews. Most of the fake reviews do not even have proper grammar. This company is from China and is probably paying poor workers less than a dollar an hour to make these dresses.

Great website, excellent products! Everything came with excellent fit, and earlier than expected. Prices are good, and there are a lot of different dresses to chose from. It is easy to order and I am definitely buying again from them.

I realized that they are not the original designers of the dresses they post . They don’t even take their own pictures and now I see why . The quality is trash . The fabric look very cheap which is why the dresses are very cheap . The dress they sent looks nothing like the picture and I wasn’t able to get a refund ! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM

Company uses other businesses videos and pictures ( they take off the watermarks for these companies). The material is cheap and this company has a bad reputation for stealing designs

I have ordered a floral dress from 27dress. The product is wonderful. The print is crisp and clear. The material feels wonderful, fit perfectly and looks amazing. Very happy with this, my new fave office dress, or going out. I had my doubts on some of these reviews but wow! Fit perfectly. Better than perfectly.

The dresses looks as beautiful as it shows in the picture its surpassed all my expectations! They care about the final touches and it came perfectly for me, and have a good quality. The suport team are so careful, I´m defitly buying again on this shop.
