Payouts are so slowly as f***
Payouts are so slowly and answers to email should be wait several days. I did 9.10.2022 5000€ withdrawal which they pay me 1000€ like 2 times month and still dont get last 1000€ payout. I dont have anything good saying except games are fine and deposit working(money they took but doesnt pay 😄) play everywhere else but not here.

They will never paid you
After winning 1,6k on sports they cancelled my withdrawal and winnings on the basis that you are not allowed to bet more than 30% of your initial deposit + bonus, which in combination with the turnover requirements (6x deposit + 6x bonus) makes it impossible to turn over the bonus.
It’s thé first Time i see that. They also canceled my bet that respect thé amount.
And it’ s very hard to find this condition when u use this bonus.
Update after the response of the support : no action
Be careful do not use this website. They will never paid you

Dear Laurent,
Thank you for your feedback.
We strive incredibly hard to make every customer experience enjoyable and we're really sorry we've not been able to meet your expectations this time.
Please be informed that our bonus terms and conditions are easily accessible at the bottom of our site and we are sorry to hear that you have not been familiar with them. In case our players can't find our bonus terms and conditions our dedicated customer support department is always ready to share them and answer any questions our players might have.
30% rule applies only on placing single bets and if a player is placing multi bets the only rule that needs to be followed is that odds of the multi bet need to be 1.8 or higher.
Regarding the rollover of our bonus players can always use our buy-off option that will allow them to request a payout for the share they have played through.
We still would like to check your account and provide you with a detailed explanation via e-mail.
Since we can't check your account from here we have requested your details through the TrustPilot platform and we would kindly ask you to provide us with them.
Best regards

Great casino with win factor.
I only play at 2 online casinos because I compared that the others only draw money from me but really don't spit out any.
But really true, in the end I win the most at 24bettle.com.
It varies whether I take my profits with me by paying them out.
But what matters is that the winning pictures come here very, very often. I think that's great!!!!!
