Brilliant service on warranty claim
My new Lacron filter developed a fault
Corinna was responsive and helpful from the start. She guided me through the process for warranty and swiftly answered my questions. A replacement was provided within less than a week. Brilliant service.

Commendation for Phil and sales / customer service team overall!
Phil was great over the phone and really help us out to make sure we ordering the right fittings and pipes for a job we are doing. He was very patient and takes his job very seriously. He made sure to keep us reassured and helped us find exactly what we were looking for he is so great at customer service that other companies should look at him as an example on how to deal with calls.

The service received from 1st Pool…
The service received from 1st Pool Direct has been second to none for the two years we have been using them as suppliers. The sales/trade account staff are always helpful and willing to make changes to orders at the last minute. We run a Swimming Pool Construction company and the customer service we have received from our Account Manager Phil has been amazing. Phil is always available with advice and knowledge of the products sold by 1st Pools Direct. Highly recommended!!
