I ordered a canvas before Christmas which somehow went astray and never arrived. When I contacted 1clickprint about this they immediately dispatched a replacement with no charge. I am very impressed by their customer service and the canvas is great. Would definitely recommend

The whole process from start to delivery was excellent, considering the picture I wanted on canvass was one I took on my phone the results are fantastic, especially for the price. I will definitely use again and highly recommend, thank you so much!

Ordered 2 premium canvas prints as last minute gifts for Christmas. Paid £10 extra for express delivery.
I’d uploaded the photos from my iphone & tbh wasn’t expecting brilliant quality. (Because other companies can’t even print a decent greetings card).
However the canvases were stunning & the print quality was amazing. I was delighted with them and the people I gifted them to were overjoyed.

Bought three prints as gifts for Christmas and was really pleased with the service print and prices. So much so im buying two more id definitely recommend this company. Plus only had a week to go with the last minute decision paid an Extra £10 and received them in time for Christmas thank u so much

Paid for next day delivery only to be told there was an issue with their courier and that it hadn't gone out on time and that 'as a courtesy' ( really?!) they'd prioritised me at 'no extra cost' ( double really?!!) for the pre 2pm next day delivery which wouldn't go out for another 2 days. Erm :/

Long story short, the next day delivery i paid for finally turned up 7 days later and it wasnt until i continued to question them about what had happened that they saw fit to refund me the extra I'd paid for the initial next day delivery.

Yes it was Christmas and s**t happens but when it hits the fan, best practice is that you as a service should be stepping up automatically and refunding people for delivery services they've paid for and not received without them having to point it out.

Unfortunate, but hopefully you can learn from this customer service mishap.

Paid for 7 day delivery but now on day 8 and still not arrived. Should not have paid the extra because now im in the standard delivery window. Not happy. Not had no email update as to why this has happened

Brilliant service i did my order wrong and all I did was email them and they sent me the correct photo out with out any problems really pleased with the quality and how fast I received my second order highly recommend this service

I have order so many canvases, gave several for Christmas presents. To see their faces was great , loving pictures of their loved ones , present and past ❤️ There was great offers also so ordered myself a couple to . Ordered some few days before Christmas , not expecting them to come through . They must have rushed them through in super quick time knowing they maybe for Christmas. Much appreciated thank you . Order you won’t be disappointed that’s for sure .

I had a little mishap at first but was very quickly resolved by the fantastic customer service team. No messing around I received my replacement 2 days later in time for Christmas 10/10 for great service.

One of the canvas prints was not quite central so missed a person out, but the customer service was excellent.
They replaced it straight away
