I live in a small remote town in the middle of nowhere. My furnace motor seized and fan assembly grenaded. I found the entire blower assembly at 1877ForParts.com and ordered it. Kyle reached out to get the furnace serial# to confirm I had ordered the correct part. It showed up quickly, packed great and undamaged. It was a simple plug and play repair. Living in such a small remote area, I would have payed an outrageus repair bill or possibly been talked in to a furnace replacement. Thank You!

I was pulling my hair out trying to get a part for my dad's water heater and NO ONE in town had it and it was going to take a month for the part. So, I called 877forparts.com and they had it and sent it out right away. There very pleasant to talk with.

They had the part I needed for a bit less cost. Kyle was great to work with and figured out a good shipping price. Will do business with them again.

I ordered a motor from them they sent me the wrong motor then they wanted to charge me a 30% restocking fee for their mess up I would never order from this company again and I would advise people not to order from them either

I would leave a negative zero. This is a scam. THEY DO NOT ANSWER THE PHONE, NOR RETURN MESSAGES. If I would have seen these reviews earlier I would have RAN. All they have to do is file a claim and will NOT respond and UPS won't file without them. Somebody is giving me my money back.

I was told that the item would be there Friday. The plumber called me it never came. When I contacted you, I was told it would be there on Monday. I responded that I was now screwed because the house upstate needed the part to keep the heat on and now, I had to hope that the pipes don't freeze. The response from your employee is that everyone gets into a tizzy because they don't get the item in 1 day and that he did his job and that ups didn't do there's so it's not his fault. So, on the website it says will be there Friday. If the brain surgeon knew that this was a problem that they have been having 1 he may have suggested 2day guaranteed delivery and 2 maybe talk to his supervisor and say maybe we should talk to ups about their delivery system and maybe try someone else. But that didn't happen, but he has developed a thick skin from everyone complaining. Maybe he should try sitting in a hole while someone is lobbing mortar shells at you or 75 mm shells all while being shot at. see how thick your skin is then. I SUGGEST THAT YOU FIND ANOTHER COMPANY TO DEAL WITH THE SURVICE WAS HORRIBLE. NO ONE ANSWERS THE PHONE AND YOU GET NO HELP PLUS THE PART WAS THE WRONG ONE. 1 STAR IS TO MUCH PLUS THERE IS NO CORPERATE OFFICE NUM WHICH MEANS THAT THIS REVIEW CAN JUST BE USED FOR TOILIT PAPER

Sent damaged part customer service will not respond this is a scam company they sent a part that was damaged and shipped anyway do not do business with this company take heed to their abysmal rating you have been warned

Their delivery takes forever. If You want to wait several weeks to get Your parts, this is a right company for You.

Never got a refund or credit for the product I ordered, as stated in another review my emails were ignored regarding the status. I used my own money to ship the item back too. I called their number, left a message, and was never called back. It's been 3 months and I haven't heard anything back from them. They got their product back and I'm out over $80.00. I do not recommend this company.

I ordered the wrong part and wanted their help exchanging it for the right one. They never replied to my messages or calls. I am stuck with the wrong part.

Delayed my order well after acceptable, never called me back to update and then when the guy offered too cancel I agreed and he said "bye" and immediately hung up. We will see if I get my refund but I have very little hope.
EDIT: they immediately refunded me. While rude over the phone maybe he was just busy. I'll eat my words on this one and bump them up to 3 stars. I still got screwed on a time sensitive project but I can not completely blame this company.
