123 Inkjets is the only company I've found that could supply the ink we needed for our aging plotter. The website was easy to use and delivery was speedy.

I had an issue and called them. I was told they would ship out replacements right away as I let them know that I was out of ink because I trusted their product would work. A week later still no ink I was told 3-5 business days which would be today. I was told it shipped on the 10th which is not right away and they do not start counting until it ships. I asked to speak to a manager and was told the manager gave them an answer and would not speak to me even though I continued to ask the rep would not connect me to a manager. This company lost my trust buy somewhere else you will Thank me.

Let me add to all of the other terrible reviews. I called to get help from an associate with my order. I wanted to make sure I ordered the correct cartridges that would work with my HP printer. The person assured me my order would be 100% money back if I'm not satisfied. I completed the order on my computer so I wouldn't give my credit card information over the phone. Two months later, I received my order. I had to purchase cartridges from Staples to use my printer. After my order arrived, I needed to empty my Staple cartridges before using the 123 cartridges. The day came, and my HP printer would not let me print, telling me these 123 cartridges are not HP cartridges. I called 123inkjets and talked to an associate named Fernando. I explained everything that happened and asked for a full refund. He explained he could only give me a small credit back to my card if I sent back the unused cartridges. He explained I had to pay for the postage when sending it back. The postage would reduce my refund to less than a third of what I paid originally. Far from 100% satisfaction as promised. Fernando told me I should have been told that my printer only accepts HP cartridges. The associate I called when making my order never gave me this type of information. I was told several times that if I'm not 100% satisfied, I can receive a full refund. Please don't be duped like I was and end up with useless toner. There is a reason for so many bad reviews, which now includes me.

Ordered a toner cartridge for my HP laser printer. Received the cartridge and tried to follow the instructions to install HP toolbox to bypass reading the chip in the cartridge. HP toolbox no longer exists, so I'm stuck with a cartridge that does not work. Even though I ordered the right cartridge and it doesn't work, they refuse to provide a return label. It'll cost me approximately $20 to return it. This used to be a quality company, but they've failed to keep up with the times and changes with printers. They've lost my business both professionally and personally.

My order was not received in a timely manner. Colors were received separately, in fact I am still waiting for the last color to arrive. Meanwhile I can't use my printer

The order process is easy and I get the orders in a prompt manner. Selection is good however I have had several instances where the cartridges do not work. In those cases I've had to contact 123 and get a refund or replacements. 123 has been good in those situations.

Easy site to navigate with competitive prices

The only issue I had was trying to pull the ribbon out of the cartridge. It comes out sooo far and got ink on my hands.
The copy work is good.

Don’t buy from them. Very crappy company. I just ordered ink from them. They mislabeled their product saying that it’ll be compatible with my printer. Sticker outside the cartridge even list my printer model. When I installed, it says incompatible. I had to call customer service to request a return via phone. No option to just do it online. I was on the phone for 20 minutes for them to tell me they will not allow the return since it did not list my printer model on their website, but it did on the product. They took no responsibility in mislabeling their product and misinforming the consumers. Horrible company and terrible customer service to say the least.!

I ordered new replacement ink cartridges for my HP 8600 but only needed to replace the Cyan. I inserted the cartridge, message appeared that said to use regular cartridges and not the ones for setup. After troubleshooting, I called HP. We did a factory reset to bypass this message. It did not work. Called 123Inkjets, they would get back with me on refund. They would offer no refund. Cost was $116. No effort to resolve the issue. I now have cartridges I cannot use and had to purchase a new printer plus new ink cartridges ($500) that will work.
