I wasnt asked to write this review either ive had 10 ninety for my agency since 2022 I wish i had found it earlier. So easy to use and so many great add ons but the value for money is phenomenal and I reccomend this software for any letting or sales agency.

I wasn’t asked to write this review, and it’s rare for me to do so unprompted, but I felt compelled to share my experience with the 10ninety software system. Recently, I subscribed to their platform for my estate agency, and I was so impressed with its capabilities that I decided to fully integrate it with my website. While I could have added the functionality to my existing site, 10ninety also offers a website service. After seeing how efficient their system is, I decided it would be better to start fresh with a new website, and I’m so glad I did.

They completely maintained my branding, and although the design has subtle differences, the integration with their software is seamless. The team created the website in less than 10 days! I worked diligently on the copy, but they brought everything together beautifully. I trusted them to use their creativity, and they surpassed all my expectations. Any minor tweaks I requested were handled promptly, and they were always happy to accommodate changes.

In just one month of working with 10ninety, I already know the team by name, Ciaren (website), Adam, Will, Kate, and Richard. Their customer service is exceptional. Whether it’s a call for support or a walkthrough while I learn the system, they are always patient and helpful. They deliver the same high level of service that I strive to offer my own clients, which is so refreshing.

If you’re looking for a new system and an integrated website, I wholeheartedly recommend 10ninety. Their professionalism and dedication are truly outstanding.

This company is a breath of fresh air. Very simple straight forward friendly service. Nothing too much trouble and always polite when answering the daftest of questions. The software is simple to use and easy to get started with. We area new set up and used 10ninety to create our website which is linked to the case software system. Very pleased and people have not stopped complimenting the website. Other Agents have been asking who designed the website. It's early days for us but so far cannot recommend these guys enough and looking forward to a great working relationship with them in the future!!

I have used both versions of the 10ninety software. The current version is leaps and bounds ahead of their old system, that is still leaps and bounds ahead of any other I have used. I have recommended 10ninety wherever I have gone and to acquaintances some of whom have taken it up and never looked back. Simple, easy to understand, wholly customisable and worth two members of staff. From first setting up to large companies I can honestly recommend 10ninety 100%

The software is intuitive and easy to use. The support offered is amazing and no questions ever go unanswered. We are a letting agent and the platform does everything we need and more! Best decision ever made to go to 10ninety.

Best thing we ever did! I am saving literally hours and hours of admin each month!
Although very intuitive, it was a bit of a steep learning curve at first but the staff are EXCELLENT at giving you prompt, effective support. I now feel a lot more confident using the software.
Landlords statements and tenant receipts are issued in a few clicks. I have added our own email & letter templates onto the system so that frequently asked questions get answered in one click yet everything is still very personalized thanks to the "tags" options, legal documents are issued promptly then signed electronically. Much easier for all parties involved.
10ninety is enabling us to offer a smooth / efficient service and we are very grateful for this!

We have been with 10ninety for 2 or 3 months now and are absolutely delighted with the system and the service. Already we are reaping many benefits, saving time, cutting out duplication of data and finding it much easier to communicate with clients quickly. The property brochure created for us is really professional and 10ninety were so helpful in tweaking things. We trialled 3 systems and chose 10ninety as it was the most clear, logical & user friendly and brought us the improvements and streamlining we were looking for. The prices are very clear and competitive. Reports produced are very logical and can be exported or re-ordered. Very versatile. Reconciliations are now a sheer joy! Navigation also excellent.

The guy has been nothing short of brilliant! Always comes back to me with a detailed response, has answered every question and query I've ever had, reassured me and put my mind at ease whenever I've got stressed out because I don't understand what I'm doing. He explains it in full and the help guides and easy user interface of 10 ninety is worth every single penny! I'm a sole trader running a business alone so If you are starting out in business and you need something easy and user friendly with the support of a team that looks after your every move when needed then go no further.

We have been using 10Ninety since we first set up with a couple of rental properties. We now manage around 500 properties and also do sales too. 10Ninety covers everything we need and is very user friendly, the team are always happy to help and are constantly developing new features to help make the system better. I would whole heartedly recommend 10Ninety to manage your sales and lettings portfolio.

Our Estate agency manages over 300 rental properties and have recently started selling property. I have used 6 other software systems and can honestly say the 10ninety system is the best we have used by far, its light year's ahead of the rest for both lettings and sales. In fact I gave an accountant access to complete my CMP health check and they said that it was the easiest system they had used ever!

If you work in the estate agent / letting agency business and are looking for a cloud operated software provider I can highly recommend 10Ninety.

We have been using their service since 2011 and have been extremely happy in terms of the system its self, it is very easy to use, does everything I need it to and if something is missing they are constantly adding new features to keep up to date. It is a very cheap way for a new business to start up and streamline everything. Cheap usually means you don't get a very good service but I can honestly say their service is top notch and I have nothing bad to say at all. The staff I have dealt with are very friendly and nothing is to much to ask for. The system is very reliable and if we ever have a problem with something it is dealt with the same day.
