BEWARE - THEY DO NOT REMANUFACTURE INJECTORS THEY POLISH RETURNED INJECTORS - HENCE INSISTING ON EXCHANGE INJECTORS BEING FULLY WORKING AND NOT DAMAGED. - TERRIBLE DISHONEST COMPANY - SOLD ME 3 BROKEN INJECTORS THAT COST ME £380 IN lABOUR AND ANOTHER NEW SET OF WORKING INJECTORS TO FIX --THEY WILL INSTANTLY FALSELY ACCUSE YOU OF NOT FITTING OR CODING CORRECTLY AND IGNORE YOUR EMAILS -AVOID AT ALL COSTS !! IM OVER £500 OUT OF POCKET AND TO TOP IT OFF THEY KEPT MY ORIGINAL FULLY WORKING INJECTORS!!! AVOID - DONT BELIEVE THE FAKE REVIEWS

all our injectors are fully remanufactured using new internal parts, not “polished,” and are supplied with individual test reports.
Our terms clearly state that injectors must be coded/programmed before starting the engine, which was not done in this case, as confirmed by your WhatsApp, email, and claim messages.
Running the vehicle without coding can and does cause injector failure, which is beyond our control.
We responded through multiple channels and requested correct installation procedures be followed before any warranty assessment.
Unfortunately, damage caused by incorrect installation or use cannot be covered, and returned units are inspected in line with our exchange policy.
Excellent service and communication
Excellent service and communication, would highly recommend, parts arrived quickly and in perfect condition, the return really easy and refunded straight away.
My engine now runs 100% better than it has done for years.

Very helpful team, they have a dedicated WhatsApp and aren't afraid ti give you a call to resolve issues. Bent over backwards to get the right part for my vehicle despite a couple of bumps in the road. Postage is paid for even when hashing out the right component and having to swap things out. Then return postage paid again for your final partial refund for the old parts.

Seconde time ordering from them
Seconde time ordering from them. Always amazing customer service they always make sure I get the right injector and they reply out of office hours too. They gave me the return label too so no charge for sending back old injector and the new injector comes with programming information which make it easy for my mechanic to do a proper job.
