Muhammad was great. Very polite, friendly and helpful in assisting me to get the correct injectors for my van. He have me a great deal as well.

Very helpful company making sure we had the correct injectors , delivered by 12 next day thanks guys.

AVOID !
COULD CAUSE ENGINE DAMAGE !!

We had 4 x 2.2 Transit diesel injectors off WT diesel for them all to fail after 3k miles ,
The van never run right with them in from the start was diesel knocking and struggling starting sometimes ,
Contacted WT Diesel and they informed me that I have to get them checked out at my expense -
Took them to a Diesel Specialist to be bench tested to be told straight away that these injectors can not be refurbished as of the crystal element in the solenoid ,
the heights on the ones supplied had all been shimmed and adjusted to try get round it but sure enough all 4 failed when tested and was advised it may of damaged my engine
Luckily bought 4 new from Ford and now runs perfectly better than ever .
NOW comes trying to get a refund , I contacted and sent over reports for them to reluctantly offer me a refund -
I sent back recorded delivery as requested again at my cost
Had to keep chasing them up once there to be told to stop keep messaging and be patient !
Customer service on WhatsApp they’re arrogant , stand off ish and at time feels quite threatening
At the end of it I received just over half the original funds back which obviously I tried challenging to be just ignored now .
Unfortunately been left no option apart from now going down the small claims court route now to claim all costs and remainder of refund back
Absolute horrible company to deal with

AVOID at all cost - will certainly cost you more in the long run and unneeded stress !

It was Definately WT DIesel they were purchased through WT diesel shop on eBay and returned to your address on your website ! More BS !

I will update again once been through process of small claim court .

People need to know the way they will be treated and to go elsewhere !

Product diesel injectors they are new they are Chinese injectors not Bosch as I was expecting don’t tell you on description

Can’t speak for the product as yet as haven’t fitted the injector but as far as the service is concerned l give this company 5 stars. The reason for this is because they are so helpful and respond to any enquiries quickly and also very quick delivery. Well done.

The service I received was Abseloutly different class, Many a business could learn a thing or 2 about customer service from these.

Next day delivery a bonus, reasonably priced, return label in the box. My only criticism (barely worth mentioning) as it was a VW engine where injector 1+2 or 3+4 are held down by the same clap and both injectors need to be removed to replace 1 of them,I had the foresight to order a copper sealing washer because they should be replaced if disturbed, but the new injector only comes with the 1 washer. As I said minimal complaint, overcome as a mechanic of 50yrs knowing the need for new washers whether they've done 2mls or 200000mls

My God! Dont even buy a box from that business ,
Bought 4 for my transit , 2 of the „leaking” casing engine light / limp mode to come on , reported and replacements sent BUT when box was opened there was only 1 delivered , seller kindly noted it was a problem their end but would cover fitting cover of the one delivered late .
Once both installed no more than 3 miles down the road injector number two spits out over 1/4 tank on the road risking van fire and potential terrible accident .
£850 for a maaaasssive headache with these lot .
Never ever get near that even if you think its a money saving … ITS NOT!
