Scam! Do not order from this website!! I ordered a personalised Pokemon card and received an order confirmation. I never heard back from them regarding processing, shipping, ect. I contacted them numerous times with no response. After 2 months, I disputed the payment with my bank and got my money back!!
If I could give negative stats I would. 2 weeks prior to Mother’s Day I placed an order for a card, paid for priority printing and express postage. Confirmation email received. Days prior I sent an email asking for an update only to have someone send me an email they claimed was sent a day after my purchase stating I hadn’t picked the boarder… I resent the confirmation email I received showing what I had picked and expressed that the email they sent had not been delivered like they claim.
Days later I asked for an update with no response. I then asked for a refund with no response or money sent back (went through my bank after this)
AVOID these scammers at all costs!!!
If you love Pokémon or custom designs I can’t recommend this site enough. I ordered a custom piece of my dog who passed away and the quality honestly blew me away. It’s so clean, detailed, and something I’ll cherish forever. Such a special keepsake and an amazing gift idea 🩵
