The results when they were above 95% humanised, apps like copyleaks and turnit-in couldn't detect if its ai generated. This great for me as its about simplying life and learning.

Service does not work – no refund offered

I paid for WriteHuman.ai because they promise to make AI text undetectable. In reality, it didn’t work, the text still showed up as AI. When I contacted support, they admitted the problem and told me they were “working on it,” but I had paid to use the service immediately.

When I asked for a refund, they refused, hiding behind a “no refund policy,” even though they sold me a service that didn’t deliver what was advertised.

I essentially paid for something that doesn’t work, and they acknowledged the issue but still kept my money. Very disappointing and I would not recommend them.

Update: After I filed a claim through Revolut, I received my refund immediately.

They know it doesn't work

Would leave a 0 if I could. I used it some time ago, regularly and it was decent. I would always check the output with turnitin because that is what is used by all academic institutions. It got horrible and I left using it. I decided to try it again. ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE! After 14 attempts at the same paragraph, all checked with Turnitin saying 100 percent AI generated, I both cancelled and asked for a refund. Did not receive a message back so I wrote for a second time. I was Informed they do not do refunds. I believe they know their product is bad and expect that most people are going to eat the loss and not contact the BBB or their credit card company. I looked at their presence on Facebook to watch a video they posted of their content FINALLY bypassing AI detection. Like it's something that usually doesn't happen. This shows they know their product DOES NOT WORK on a regular basis.

Left Unhappy, But Leaving on a Positive Note

I originally left a negative review because I was charged after forgetting to cancel my subscription and at first my refund request was declined. This left me frustrated and I shared my experience here on Trustpilot.
Afterward, Ivan, the CEO, replied to my review here. He not only made sure that my refund was processed but also assured me that they are working on improving their policy to prevent similar situations for other customers in the future. It was clear from his response that he truly values both his product and the people who use it.
I had first left the platform unhappy after previously using it productively and with satisfaction, but thanks to Ivan I now leave it on a positive note. If I need this platform again in the future, I will be able to return with confidence.

Not a good experience

The experience has not been good at all. It doesnt humanize anything. I hope they go back to the drawing board to fix it because the service is not good at al.

Dude, I put something I wrote in there and it said it was AI, granted I aint a good writer, but still.

I used the service for a few months - real let down

I used the service for a few months, and it's good for simple stuff, but if you want to use it for anything more professional it falls apart. In addition, on the service side, I was on a rolling subscription and forgot to cancel. Did not use the program at all in the month and asked for a refund as I forgot to cancel (note I asked to cancel a few hours after I got the charge on my card). Their customer service response, sorry cannot refund due to our T&C. This tells you a lot about the company, their service and their practices.

It's a awesome Ai writing tool ever I used.

This is the best AI writing tool I have ever used. The interface is clean and easy to navigate. It generates high-quality content in just seconds. The suggestions are relevant and fit my writing style perfectly.

I love how it helps me overcome writer’s block. The tool also offers helpful grammar and style corrections. It even provides ideas when I’m stuck. Overall, it makes my writing process much faster and more enjoyable.

indeed a cash grab

Indeed a cash grab! accidentally charged the renewal subscription and immediately cancelled the service without using any credit. and straight away submit a ticket, as usual, no response from them.
PLEASE reply to my ticket now and i request for full refund.

Ongoing Unauthorised Charges After Account Cancellation Immediate Refund Requested

Dear WriteHuman Team,

I am writing to formally raise a complaint regarding ongoing unauthorised charges to my account by your company.

I previously had an account with WriteHuman, but I cancelled and closed the account in February. Despite this, your company has continued to charge my card monthly without my consent.

Specifically, I have been charged every month from February 2025 to June 2025.

I do not have an active account, and I have received no service or communication from your team since my cancellation.

I demand the following immediate actions:
1. A full refund for all unauthorised charges made since February 2025.
2. Confirmation that my card details have been fully removed from your billing system.
3. Written assurance that there will be no further charges of any kind going forward.

I have attached evidence of the transactions from my bank account.

If this is not resolved within 5 working days, I will proceed to file a dispute with my bank and report this issue to the relevant consumer protection authorities.

I expect this matter to be handled urgently and professionally.
