Thought I was ordering from Houston area but wristbands were printed in Canada. First shipping was delayed and then a few days after delivery I received a bill from UPS for import charges. I did not sign up for international printing or delivery and now I have to pay extra charges. Bad business!

Contact me back regarding the problem. These were to help a sick member of our department with expenses but now we can not do anything with them.

The team was easy to work with and the wristbands came out great! The wristbands also arrived ahead of the estimated delivery window.

The bracelets look nothing like the image online. They're mostly gray. We can't use them! What a waste.

Simple to order. Order arrived before promised. I like these bracelets better than the ones we got last year. They are a little thicker.

The wristbands I ordered were beautiful! They also arrived earlier than I expected. At the time I ordered, they also had a deal where I was able to get some free ones which was nice in case they are needed. I randomly found this company on the Internet and their quality product has been perfect for the kids in my classroom.

Ordered for my son's celebration of life .Paid extra and they came a whole week later..Very disappointed.

The custom graphic in the wristband turned out better than I thought it would. They did a great job. The product arrived looking exactly how the digital preview looked. Very satisfied!

Easy to order but they can’t hit delivery date. I ordered them early so I would have them this weekend. Only to say delivery is now Monday.

It was very easy for me to find what I wanted and to pick the font and a small pic to go with it. I was amazed on how fast my order was delivered to me. I won't truly know how well the wrist bands will be received because they are for a cruise in March but so far my best friend and I love them

Promised remake by date needed.product was never made. Obviously didn’t receive by date needed even though promised. Still waiting for correct order.

Shipment was on time, size of band was not marked very good and one of the icons had the head of the developer cut off.

Wristbands were perfect. I had ordered over 15000 two weeks before. Found out the school system inadvertently left off another 800 students. Notified on a Friday they needed them on Monday and ordered them express. Delivered as promised Monday morning. I had my doubts but very satisfied with results.

band is thin and small, printing is small with the white not being a bright white. better options available at lower prices

This company keeps calling me at 6am in the morning daily to chase an order that is not yet complete bordering on harassment. Twice I have tried to make a large order and they will not send a sample despite this being an option on the website and after confirming twice with their customer service reps. Multiple sales email a day, early morning automated phone calls but hard to speak to anyone in person. Avoid
