I have had a good experience with this company. I didn't realise initially though they were an agent and would be handing out the work to other company. The ones they gave it to were good for me but have been awful for my husband causing massive delay in our separation. They need to be careful and read reviews of the companies they use

One stop shop. Easy and transparent quote and what is included. Regular communications and used the help contact service where staff were really helpful. And sorted out my query straight away.

They found me a conveyancer almost immediately for my transfer of equity, and at the best price I was quoted anywhere. The first conveyancer didn't respond quickly enough, so I asked to change and someone got back to me straight away and set me up with swift lawyers, who were very good. Happy with the service

Was put in touch very quickly with the conveyancing firm Collingbourne Hennah who contacted me and did what I needed them to do. Very easy process with little effort required on my part.

After writing a positive comment, I have had to change because nothing has been as it seemed at first:

We were assigned a lawyer from Swift Lawyer (Zoe):
- There was NO COMMUNICATION via phone: always the same excuses: this at lunchtime, with other clients, in a meeting or just picking up the phone and hanging up. NEVER called us back.
- Emails were answered with a delay of almost 48 hours, and when they disappeared for more than two weeks, the excuse was: Covid, the situation is complicated for everyone and we could not respond to emails.

After almost 8 months, we had to switch to another solicitor who completed the whole process in less than a month, because Swift Lawyer was delaying ALL THE PROCESS.

The worst experience of our life in the purchase of our house.

They are really responsive and helpful, and I am now using a second time as they have given the best service to help find me the best and more affordable conveyancing solicitor for property purchase

Used this service to get conveyancing price comparison. They found me someone about half the price I was being quoted locally. I placed the business and it all seems to be going well so far. The proof of course will be in the end result, and not getting any nasty surpises at the end of the process. So far so good.

Saved us a lot of time and money, would highly recommend!
