I buy often here. Bought 17 items in total and had issue with 1 where the seller cancelled and raised the price so i was stuck with balance on the site. that's why 4 stars

GOOD , I LIKE IT

Customer service is polite and helpful, but they sometimes stick too rigidly to policy instead of finding a custom solution.

Overall a great site. My only minor gripe is that the search filters could be more granular for stickers and floats.

The mobile site works, but I wish they had a dedicated app for notifications. Sometimes I miss good deals.

I passed verification once, wanted to deposit money, they requested re-verification, I did it again, then they made me install their extension. When going to the payment page, my card gets declined, but with God's help I managed to top up the account, and here's the cherished moment - I buy a skin and... it suddenly disappears from stock. I buy a second one and it does too, while all prices (there were 3+ pages of skins at prices I could afford from my balance) have risen so much that I need to top up again. On Pricempire, this site has a "verified" badge, BUT I BEG YOU, DON'T EVEN THINK OF BRINGING YOUR MONEY HERE.

I simply deposited 200€ for some skins to
buy, but it kept saying error without any

and the Support is not even answering, it's
just a stupid ai bot that does ABSOLUTELY
NOTHING! SCAM!

Wish they had more language options for the website interface. English is fine, but not everyone's first language.

I think this website is a scam.
Today i deposited 700$ so i can buy a skin, once i bought it the website cancelled my purchase and the skin just disappeared, after that i bought another one and im still waiting for the "seller" to send me the trade offer.
I contacted the support and they left me without a reply, so i dont recommend this website at all.
If my problem gets solved or i get my money back i will update this review so u can be safe.

The site is generally reliable, but I've experienced two short periods of downtime for maintenance. Annoying but not a dealbreaker.

Insane market. I've made my first acutal cs inventory after playing the game for almost 10 years. Brutal Customer support, fast deposits and easy to use.

I registered, provided my email and a trade link, then chose the skin I wanted to buy, verified, and topped up my balance by $20. I clicked "Buy Skin," but an error popped up saying I needed to specify their extension. I asked their support team why this was happening, and they said it was for security, etc., and that it helps find the trade link, but I already specified it during registration, and they didn't add it. When I told them this, they said I could check their plugin code, but they didn't give me the link and are now ignoring me. Please avoid them and don't download their extension. They'll tell me now (I think in response to TrustPilot) that the plugin is supposedly for security purposes, but csfloat.com doesn't ask for this, nor do other large platforms, and you don't know what is happening behind scenes and what this extension does with your data in browser, so I'll repeat myself: NEVER DOWNLOAD the extension. If you do download it, change your Steam password and probably reinstall your browser.
And I forgot about the funniest part: if you top up your balance and If you changed your mind about buying a skin and want to withdraw your money back, they won't let you, because according to their rules, you can only withdraw money earned from selling skins through their platform.

The worst CS2 trading platform! I strongly recommend NOT trading there! Support is absolutely useless. They answer you next day and with standard bot response. The trades reversals are not punished at all! If you ever try to trade there, you will most probably lose your money!
