WOW GROOMING 5⭐️ products and customer service
All shampoos, glide and fash dry sprays are all amazing and smell incredible!
I have a few pairs of the de luxe scissors and they fantastic and leave a beautiful finish, also really heavy duty with excellent quality on thick coats etc.
Always excellent customer service and super fast delivery! Highly recommend to everyone to try wow grooming products 😊

The products are amazing everyone I’ve had from shampoos to colognes smell amazing my dogs look and smell amazing xx I’d video them having a bath but it turns to a full on messy spa day trying to keep a dalmation in the bath is a fate of its own.. thanks to wow grooming for making such wonderful products I highly recommend them to any dog owner x

I ordered x3 cologne sprays
I ordered x3 cologne sprays. It got delivered but the envelope was so difficult to open and started spilling out loads of grey like pieces looked liked loft insulation. It took me ages to get to the products inside and no lid on one of my sprays. I've had difficulty getting a reply to my email and voicemail witn the contact us details on the website

I am disappointed to read this.
Unfortunately I could not answer your call at 12.36 as I was driving but I did return the call at 12.55.
Your email was sent at 12.37 but I could see you had called and left a voicemail, so I called you.
It is written on the website
Bottles may vary to the image - same product/scent but bottle can vary.
Pure Delight cologne has an over cap and the Lord Ultra only has a small nozzle top.
The 3rd product is not a cologne, it is a Fast Dry spray.
Regarding the packaging as I explained on the phone, you have cut into the padded envelope and exposed the grey protection within the lining of the envelope.
When I spoke to you, your response was positive and polite and thankful for me calling, so I am very surprised approx 3 hours later to see this.
Speed of delivery was good
Speed of delivery was good. One grooming brush I wanted is out of stock. Wondered when this was likely to be available again. It was the ‘Wow Grooming Big Curve Detangle Slicker Brush’
