Prices were really competitive, haven’t used them before, but saved a fair amount on what I’d ordered compared to other sites. Had to chase to check on the dispatch, but it arrived a few days later, so no complaints from me, would definitely use again.

I was skeptical about buying from Wow Camping as I’d never heard of them, but to be one of the only places stocking Lay-Z Spas I had to give it a go. They were a little slow at dispatching my order per their email confirmation, but a quick email querying this and they got it out right away! The delivery was quick, tracked and their customer service was great. The product came in perfect condition and exactly what I ordered. I’d definitely be keen to buy more from them in future! It’s great to be able to support the smaller businesses too.

Easy ordering online - their website states whether or not the items are in stock. I ordered and received an immediate confirmation and an update when it was dispatched with a DHL tracking number. It arrived quickly and the price was very competitive. Recommended.

They had the product in stock, and at a good price.
Ordered on a Monday and got delivered on the Thursday by courier.
All confirmed and updated by email.

Having initially been put off buying more by these reviews, I decided to order a single item (tent) which I could afford to wait for - they had the best price by far. The item turned up in perfect condition ahead of the scheduled free delivery estimate. A very positive experience. Cannot comment of their customer service as I haven't had to use it.

I saw a pair of regatta boots on here for £42, best offer i could find, same ones are £100 at Regatta. Read reviews and was a bit dubious about placing order but decided to go for it. Ordered on 9th delivered on 13th boots are as described. Can't fault the service or the goods. All good.

Joke of a company, paid for next day delivery, did not turn up and won’t reply to me either about the £9.99 next day charge, jokers and non existent customer service

My experience with WOWcamping was excellent. They answered my online question about dispatch within hours and the items would have arrived on time had it not been for a day delay in transit (Not their fault!). Put together with an excellent price it has to be 5* from me.

I think it only fair to speak as you find. I was very doubtful about using this company due to the poor reviews but the melanine mugs I wanted were so much cheaper that I decided to risk it. Communication was good - they confirmed my order and told me when it was despatched. It arrived on time and was well-packaged. As a result, I have placed another order and I hope I receive the same level of service!!

Purchased two items from this retailer a Coleman folding chair with table and now an outwell corvus 1200 LED light. The two purchases were because they was the cheapest at the time. WOW Camping are not a camping shop they are a company operating out of a factory unit so I don't know if they are really camping aficionados. I have given them 3 stars as my experience has been ok. I believe that companies as this one could communicate better with there customers, keeping them informer on despatch date etc and answering the phone when its ringing would be a good idea as I couldn't get though. It can be very frustrating when you item is late etc and the phone just keeps ringing. They're get better reviews and people would trust them more. I will uses the again with caution.

Ordered some camping goods which were damaged on arrival. They promised to replace and never did. Not good.

I returned a faulty product over a year ago and have been chasing a refund since then.

Wish I had seen these comments before ordering from them.

I ordered two weeks ago (promised deliver with 5 days). Nothing arrived, no dispatch notice, so chased twice (promised a call back). Finally rang for a third time to be told they knew about my order but they couldn’t understand what happened or see why it hadn’t been dispatched, but the item is now out of stock. Did I want to wait and see if more stock arrived or get a refund?!?!

Took the refund and bought from another firm (who sent me a dispatch notice less than an hour after I placed my order).

My advice - don’t use them.

Believe the reviews. Quick to take your money but never dispatched my order. Waited over 3 weeks when the products should have arrived in 3-5 days. Emailed them to chase and they just cancelled my order!! No explanation or apology or anything. I have since emailed for an explanation and have been ignored. First and last time I will ever use them

Took my money - still no communication

1 week later nothing sent, wont reply to emails, phone number is not in service.

What a dreadful company.I purchased a tent from them.They took the money from my account.No e mail confirming my order.After seven days no sign of tent.E mailed them three times before I got a reply.According to them there was a technical issue so my order didn’t show despite taking the money.Then told I could no longer have the tent as they had now sold out.
Do not use this company.

Wish I read these reviews before buying. I ordered an Event Shelter at a very good price, saving approx 20% on other reputable sites. The item was despatched in reasonable time to DHL couriers, for it to be delivered to my home address. It still sits in DHL ‘holding bay’ in the local depot 9 days later after many attempts to contact DHL. You may say that’s not Wow’s fault, but they failed to respond to my email and 2 conversations, supposedly chasing it up with DHL;they are after all their customer. Once WowCamping have your money, they don’t seem to care about the after sales. I now prepare myself for a trip over Lincolnshire to DHL depot in the hope that the order is there, and in A1 condition.
