UPDATE: January 27th. It FINALLY arrived. I never received any updates from the company, but I’m glad it has arrived.

I ordered the Wosh on December 8th, received an email saying it had shipped, and nothing since. I’ve reached out by replying to my original email and it came back undelivered. I’ve sent several messages via the website with no reply. This was a Christmas present for my niece because she saw it on Tic Tok. What a disappointment! My tracking (when I can get it to actually work) says waiting for pickup.

I already contact the support but a got no reply. I ordered my fluffy wosh on december 8th. I didn’t got my package and I didn’t get any emails.

Delivery was very quick even with all the royal mail strikes.
Only wish it had better packaging as I'd brought it as a gift and it came stuffed in a grey bag.
Maybe a presentation box would of made it a 5 star.

I ordered two woshes as Christmas presents on 12/10 because they advertised 1 week shipping. Have not gotten any updates and last I checked the tracking it hasn’t even been shipped yet. Very disappointed.

I love my Woshes, so huggable and soft!

** Update** December 26th 2023 ** UPDATE. I have received my Wosh. And I absolutely Love him. The issue is now that the package was opened for Christmas is that I only received one Wosh. The gray original one. I ordered 2. The other being the Halloween special edition Wosh. I was Charged for both when I ordered. I dont knoif I will ever get the second one. So my rating has dropped from 5 to 1 star. If the company sees this review I hope that they will comply with my order and send the second one that I have all ready paid for.

Super disappointed with my experience. I ordered one of these for my niece for Xmas on October 30 and it still has not shipped, I have received ZERO communication past my order confirmation and despite having reached out to the company more than once, no one is responding. Would not purchase from this company again based on this.

***email sent to this company as requested bounced back as undeliverable. Nothing has ever been delivered and I have heard nothing further from Wosh Life. What. A. Scam. Do NOT trust this “company”!!!!

I order a Fluffy Wosh for a Christmas gift on 11/12/22 and despite the website’s claim to offer fast shipping, “Guaranteed fast shipping, delivery as fast a 1 week,” I have not received my order or even been provided an update on the status. I have sent in multiple requests for an update via “Contact Us” on the website and have received no response.
I am giving it a little more time before I cancel this order, but so far I have been very disappointed.

My baby Wosh arrived after 3 weeks even though it said 48hr delivery to the UK. The eye on the Wosh is very scratched and it was meant for a Christmas present. I informed customer services as I want a refund or replacement but am getting nowhere with them!! For £21.99 I expect better quality!!

So I’ve had troubles with shipping with Wosh in the past, but this time everything was great! Got a cute tie dye guy and it arrived on time, and looks great. Quality is honestly really good and I love it. :)

My order never arrived. I’ve ordered it on 13th October. It’s never arrived. Constant emails to them and they keep saying it’s on its way.

I ordered my Wosh plushie over 2 months ago and still haven’t received an update on the shipping. I bought this as a gift but now it won’t be here on time

So had seen ads for these ALL over and gave them a go. For £21.99 and then postage I'm disappointed. Yes,wosh is nice,but certainly not worth the money there are company's out there who charge the same for better quality. For a limited edition plushy I was expecting a limited edition card with a number stating how many out of 500 mine was or something.

I ordered the daddy wosh (worth 99 pounds normally) on 22/08/22. As of today (24/10/22) I still have not received my product, I emailed several times and always received vague non-helpful emails back. I’m not one to complain normally but when I’m waiting around 2 months for my product to arrive I expect to have full transparency. Also when I asked for a refund the support staff completely ignored me :)
