Hemant is an amazing professional show helped us with our tickets. We needed tickets for an emergency in India. he helped us navigate the different options with reasonable prices. The price was significantly less than on the airline website. He also made travel arrangements within India to reach our destination. There was no hidden fees and all this was done smoothly. Nice service while booking but Horrible service afterwards
I though it’s nice but not. Highly unprofessional and only interested in money. I booked tickets before pandemic and crisis in USA and now when I asked for cancellation of my tickets they are not ready to help but told me to wait until last moment. I will not recommend services from such agencies. It’s worth doing yourself online even if it cost bit more money.

We have looked into this matter and found that as your travel is on 21 June 2020, so our executive has requested you to wait till 18 June 2020. Reason being due to heavy volume of email and calls airlines have requested to only send in email once travel is within 72 hours. The policy of airline is same for all and we being a customer oriented company are also trying our level best to help every customer. Help was not denied however we have asked for to wait.
We have also sent you screen shot of official website of airline in your email which is sent to you. Our team has already sent request to airline for your reservation and request you kindly wait for the reply. Once we hear from airline our team will update you for the same.
