Seriously. I ordered 1 pairing in beginning of October and it still hasn’t been delivered. I’ve sent numerous emails trying to reach them to track my order but COMPLETE SILENCE!! I ordered once before from WPbN and that delivery showed up after 3 months.. it came eventually but this time I’m not so sure about it. Terrible service!

Please don’t get taken by these Thieves!!! Ordered in January.. it’s now March.. Tried to contact them Many Times.. They say they can’t find my order..Sent them a Copy of my Order.. Nothing!!! Please Do Not become Another Victim of Their Crooked Business!!

I ordered 3 paintings on 25th Dec 2020. Still haven't got them.
Sent email to customer service which told me they will get back to me after asking from logistics. We'll, they never did and still not to this day have I heard back from them. I've sent several emails and no answer. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

Order 2 paintings and received them 4 months later. Had to send a lot of emails to get tracking numbers and they were stuck in china. After they arrived the paintings and the colors were very different from what appeared in the website. Never again...planned to get a refund but my patience was worn out.

Never received my purchase, and helpdesk haven't replied to my 3 emails - chances of a refund probably zero. Avoid this company.

On Nov 30, 2021, after picking a site off of google, I made a purchase of 75.70 USD from World Paint by Numbers for a gift, which the order was confirmed (#WPNREDACTED). Because of this I immediately emailed their customers service to see if I could get a gift receipt in the package instead of an invoice. In the email reply on Dec 2nd, 2021, Julie-World PbN (email name), informed me they could not because my package has already been shipped. When I never received a tracking number even though the shipping method I picked was “Domestic USA FREE tracked shipping.” On Dec 8th, 2021, I emailed them again requesting the tracking number. I received another response from Julie- World PbN stating my order has been processed and shipped, and that I would be receiving the tracking number soon. On Dec 19th, 2021, I sent a longer email explaining after 20 days there has been no update or provided tracking number and then expressed concern. I received no response. On Dec 23rd & 25th, 2021, I sent a final email (same one twice, from 2 different accounts) stating my intentions that I would have to report this issue and will go through whatever channels I needed to get my refund. After looking them up on other review sites I was shocked to see this trend. They will stop replying to people, very few get their order, and only once people publicly complain do they SOMETIMES do something. I reported them to PayPal, and waited to see if they responded before today Jan 11th 2022, I escalated the issue with PayPal who is themselves trying to get in contact. I called them today and the phone was busy and had me leave a voicemail. They cant even try to claim the order was delivered because there is no proof. No tracking, no delivery confirmation. They are preying on people! This company needs to be shut down.

When one part of my order (a paint brush set) did not arrive together with the other parts I sent an email to World PbN. The missing part was then tracked and a few weeks later the paint brush set was in my post box. I really appreciated this service.

No response, no delivery, money gone.

The worst place to buy anything!! I’ve been waiting for almost 2 months I still waiting ! None reply emails or anything !! SCAM 🚨 #stopdontbuy

I've ordered a few of their paintings. I really like the categorisations on the site. However = I ordered a large, expensive custom print in May, for my brothers birthday in October, thinking that was loads of time. I ordered maybe 4 others off the shelf prints in the same order. I've received those and last week wondered where the custom order was. I checked the order details and it has been marked as complete!! This is not the case - I have not received the custom print and have tried to contact them several times and several ways (email, facebook) but zero response. This was an expensive purchase and done in May to ensure I would have for October. Now I am worried I won't get my money back and will also need to be creative about getting a different gift for my brother. Really crappy customer service - ignoring customer emails is not any way to conduct a sustainable business.

I ordered a product from them in early June and have not yet received it. When I followed up, I was given a scripted response (which was used when I made additional inquiries later on) and told they would re-send. When I asked for tracking info for the new product, no response. I followed up again, and this time asked for a refund. Absolutely no response. I’m pretty sure I’m out whatever I paid

My suggestion is to buy from Amazon as they have excellent customer service, and can assist when these sham vendors ‘ghost’ their customers

If I can give ZERO star I will, I regret that I didn't check their rating or review before I ordered!!! Would've already get my items with the SAME PRICE if I order on amazon or ebay sth

THEY DONT SHIP FROM OTHER PLACES! Forget about their claim on website saying they have stocks in warehouses at so many countries, THAT IS A LIE!
The order ships from China, the 'estimated delivery time of 2-7days' is completely BS. You will be lucky if they even process your order in 2 weeks!

DO NOT buy, I'm sure u can find similar price range of the same item that is located domestic.

I cannot stress how much of a scam this is. I might as well have put my money in hole and paid someone to do it. I placed my order in February, to this day it is yet to arrive. I followed up several times with emails seeking a refund or at least an update (because the tracking wasn't getting anywhere), they were very diligent about this and blocked my emails. Listen to the negative reviews on this one, my trust has only landed me with a lesson that hopefully you won't learn the hard too.

Never received my order. After months of contacting them to find out what was happening and then finally getting fed up and asking for a refund they stopped responding to me. Do NOT buy from them. Extremely unprofessional, incompetent and poor customer service.

Service in this store is great. The product is in full set-a picture-a portrait for drawing, a sketch for this portrait, paints, brushes. Communicative seller, sends a sketch for negotiation and approval, gives advice on placement (I think this is important and a good service for the customer. The artist has experience and he knows how it will blow). After agreeing fast processing and shipping. Tracking parcel. I recommend this store. Thanks for the honestly done work.

I have been painting with paint by numbers for 6 months and I have enjoyed every painting I have done (6). It is a fun and relaxing hobby that gives me hours of pleasure. I found that it is very important to read the do's and dont's as well as the tips and tricks you will receive by email. If I have a question all I have to do is email the support team and someone will get back to you. Usually within one day or less. The folks at paint by numbers are very helpful and are willing to help with any matter big or small.
The prices are compatible to other painting sites but you don't always get the amount of items unless you pay for them separately. When you order from here you receive everything you need to complete your painting, canvas, brushes and quality paint. If you want it framed then you must buy a frame separately. I have made some of my own frames but by the time I shop for the correct size pre cut wood, measure and cut plus putting it together it makes more since to purchase one when I order my paintings.
So, purchase a painting or two to get started maybe one for you and one for a friend or family. They will be surprised at the talent you have for painting. As you paint more and more you may want to venture out and change up colors or texture of your painting. I have began to do this but I take a snapshot of the printed canvas before I start on my painting just in case I don't like the changes all I have to do is wait for it to dry and paint over the changes I made. Don't be afraid to move on up as you get used to painting and explore something new this will keep you interested in continuing to paint as you learn and get better over time. I love my paintings and so do my grandkids and friends when they see I have a new painting on my easel. Enjoy this hobby for relaxing and enjoyable time spent doing something you like to do. Get your children or grandchildren involved in paint by numbers for kids, they have a wide variety of kid paintings for all ages. Paint with the family as a project for family night. Paint a beautiful vase of flowers and donate your painting to a retirement center or nursing home, they are always happy to receive new paintings for there facilities. Begin your Christmas paintings now they will be ready for the holidays before you know it, check out the cute Santa with a kitten or Mr. & Mrs Snowman. Everyone likes something unique and different for the holidays so start ordering your supply of paintings now.

I placed an order at the beginning of February. After weeks of waiting the painting delivered was wrong. Initially they apologized and send they would resend the correct item. I tried contacting them on multiple occasions to follow up and they just ignore me. Very unreliable company! I advise you not to order from them.

This company are thieves. DO NOT PURCHASE. They took my payment 8 months ago. They delivered nothing. They responded to my first couple of emails and promised it was on the way, and then have ignored me since.

I ordered different kind of stuff from their webpage in JANUARY, and here in May I am still missing two of the items. Every time I contact them, they come up with bad excuses - and I still haven't received anything. I wish that I checked out Trustpilot before purchasing from them. Would definitely not recommend.
