Great Product! - Slow delivery times.
However somehow managed to get my address wrong even though I put the correct one in when ordering. It got delivered to sydney instead of brisbane. So took twice as long as it should have to arrive.

Packaging needs improvement.
The package wasn't taped closed & the 2 plastic ties that ran in each direction had moved to the edges. It arrived with a split so big contents could escape. Thankfully, Australia Post managed to keep all contents intact.

Despite huge demand just before lockdown during the Coronavirus pandemic, I received prompt responses to questions from customer support and the spin bike was delivered within a few days. Very good quality bike at a competitive price and great customer support.

Paid nearly $600 for express postage it sat at a depo for 2 days 30 min from my house. I was promised it would be delivered today (3 days after ETA) and no show. Thanks boarder express what a rip-off.
