James was great on the phone
James was great on the phone. Provided the correct information I required. Discussed how to sign up to the plus package when on the portal and could sign up for paying into private pension when I was ready. He listened and I felt a valued customer.

Fast and helpful
Easy to talk to them, Liam in the customer support department was also very helpful and helped me get set up on the Portal very quickly and easily, even checked if I was within the timeframe to get paid without me asking, overall the experience was straightforward and helpful.

There was no delay with answering my call. The call handler was very patient, professional, and, actually made me feel as if my concerns were important. He was reassuring and made all efforts to ensure that the issue was resolved; even had a call back with a progress report! Brilliant. Thank you James
