⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Amazing customer service from Lesley
I had such a lovely and helpful experience with Lesley today. I was trying to understand what I needed to do regarding sickness, SSP and submitting my hours, and I had been feeling quite confused and stressed about the process.
Lesley was incredibly kind, patient and helpful. She took the time to explain everything clearly, helped me understand exactly what I needed to do, and made sure I knew the correct steps to take regarding my hours and the SSP form.
By the end of the call I felt so much more reassured and completely clear on what I needed to do. It honestly made such a difference having someone so friendly and genuinely willing to help.
