Based on my experience so far this company feels like a scam. Ordered boots on the 9th May 2026, 4 days passed and still no news as to a delivery estimate. The order status was at processing. I sent an email, gave it another couple of days, no reply, sent another email a day later, no reply. Checked in again on Friday 15th May still processing, tried calling, just missed them the lines closed at 12:30. Tried calling them again today (18th May) they are having a training day and lines are open again tomorrow, order is still shown as processing. Communication is definitely poor. Guess I will try again tomorrow, it's very bad that they happily take the money but then seemingly aren't in a rush to provide the product

Terrible company ordered work trousers 8 days ago - paid for delivery - I had to ring them and find out what’s happening with my order where the lady couldn’t give me an immediate answer - called back on a withheld number and told me my order was going to be another 4 days basically 11-14 day delivery and wouldn’t refund my delivery charge - joke of a company - bought expensive trousers too

No contact. They don't respond to emails or contact applications. I ordered shoes with a 1-2 business day shipping option. I'm afraid I lost my money. I haven't received a package or any communication from them. They're scammers.

Should be zero. Stay well clear. Delivery date got pushed back week after week. 6 weeks without my order. Luckily paid through PayPal and got the refund easy.
They completely stop replying or answering calls

Initially I thought I wouldn't receive my work boots I ordered as like many I had doubts after seeing reviews from previous customers. But after a brief telephone conversation I was informed they was a slight delay. They did in fact arrive about a week later and despite the delay I am happy with the service this company provided and would order of them in the future.

I recently bought a pair of work shoes for my dad, and overall I’m really happy with the purchase. The delivery was a couple of days late due to a delay, and replies to my emails also took a bit longer than expected, which did make me slightly concerned at first—especially after reading some negative reviews beforehand. However, everything turned out absolutely fine.

The shoes arrived via DPD with full tracking, which was reassuring, and the quality is excellent. They’re well-made, sturdy, and exactly what my dad needed for work. Despite the small delays in delivery and communication, the end product definitely made up for it. I wouldn’t hesitate to order again.

Ordered 29th March still no item don't answer messages don't pick up phone having to go through small claim court for return of money avoid at all costs

Absolutely horrible do not purchase, I ordered boots on the 8th of March and they are still not here. I called and emailed and no one responded and I want my money back as this is ridiculous for the price. I want to speak to someone about refunding my money but they just ignore every one of the contact attempts. This is the worst I have ever been treated but on online store.

Update: again they are not responding, this company needs to return the money back to the people they own money to. I honestly dont know what to do next. How do I return my money. Is there something else I can contact on legal grounds?

Awful customer service. I ordered some boots on 16th march. They said it would be here for end of march. Still no update or package on 14th April.

I ordered safety boots that hadn't arrived in the time quoted, but one quick call to customer services and they arrived the next day.

I placed an order on March 2nd and, over five weeks later, I still have nothing to show for it.
The service has been appalling. I was originally told my items would arrive in 7-9 days. When that passed, I was promised a dispatch date of March 27th—that date came and went with no update. I had to chase them multiple times just to get a reply, only to be given the exact same "Friday/Monday" excuse twice in a row.
They have now stopped replying to my emails entirely despite missing their own self-imposed deadlines. I have had to involve my bank to get my money back.
Save yourself the hassle and buy your workwear elsewhere. This company clearly doesn't have the stock they are advertising and their customer service is non-existent once they have your money.
UPDATE: Items finally arrived after 5 weeks and a bank dispute. Trousers are great and they included some socks as an apology, but the communication process was still poor

Should have come here first. Just like many others ordered helly hansen boots and it's been over a month. No comms over email. Called and got told wait a week....that was 2 weeks ago. Will be contacting the bank after my 7 day deadline to them has passed. Scammers. Avoid.

Ordered Helly Hansen Chelsea Evo 2 boots on the 1st of Feb, submitted an enquiry form chasing on the 13th of Feb, rang the 16th due to no reply, emailed back stating slightly delay at HellyHansen in Netherlands they expect to be able to despatch them around the 27th of Feb. Emailed them again on 2nd March with no response. Rang for an update on the 5th of March to be told they would get back to me. No response. Rang for a refund on 9th March to be told they will pass it to accounts. No update on that. Had to get credit card to back charge them on the 20th March. POOR!

Can’t put 0 stars so had to be 1. Do not use, placed order on 2nd March with delivery stated as 3-4 days and 16 days on no delivery or correspondence whatsoever. Avoid!!!

Ordered work boots in February. Not received after 12 days emailed, still nothing called them today they said they would look into the order number and call back never happened. Didn’t seem very professional when they answered the phone either

Unfortunately can't give zero stars, says fast UK delivery,still processing nearly two weeks later, not replied to my enquiry, first & last time I'll be using this lot, I think my feet could have grown it's taking that long 🙄

Currently waiting on a pair of work boots ordered 3, nearly 4 weeks ago. Have emailed 1 week ago, as passed the 9 working days, but awaiting a response.

So to start it off I ordered some Helly Hansen work boots with a delivery time frame of 3-4 working days. I ordered them on the 2nd of march. I received two emails one with a confirmation telling me once my payment went through they would send me another email with tracking info, another email did come however, it was a repeat email with the same stuff on… no tracking or nothing. I waited a few days emailed them asking what’s going on, I don’t have no tracking info etc could some help. No response. I chased it up without another email a few days later and still no response! it’s now the 11th of march so I decided id phone them up, I spoke with women who said she’d get back to me in a hour this was at 10.33am I waited till 20 past 12 and called them up again to wich she said “are you the person who called up at 10:30 I don’t get back to people until the afternoon give me another hour.”. Why that is I couldn’t tell you, I came off the phone and waited until 10 past 3. At this point I’m furious that iv had no response and they are closing soon for the day. I phoned up about 4 times to listen to the music and then beeps. By the 5th call I managed to get through only to be told the boots I ordered come from Holland where Helly Hansen are based so it’s going to take atleast 2 more weeks for the boots to come however she could offer me some other boots in a similar price range that could get to me sooner. I said that’s not really good enough as I wanted the boots i ordered and the website shouldn’t be lying to people about when they are going to expect “z” items. In the end I said I wanted my money back she said that’s fine it’ll take 24-48hrs to get back to my bank. However with what iv experienced so far I’m not relying on that promise and will more than likely have to chase that up also 🤣. I really wouldn’t recommend this website to anyone, what a complete and utter shambles. Thank god I already had some boots and wasn’t relying on them to get to me otherwise I would've been completely screwed and without work. Very unprofessional and false advertisement at its best.
