I am extremely disappointed with the service. After subscribing to a paid plan, my address is not displayed correctly and my documents are not being received. There is no proper customer support or point of contact. They actively contacted me before renewal but stopped responding after payment.

Terrible follow up and back to issue, they dont care and dont follow up the request from the clients. 14 days past but nothing.

I have had a positive experience from start to finish with setting up my first company. They handled everything for me.

They have no system, all process goes on by people who are not experience of regulations and law, especially in United States. They can't manage to close my company for a year. I have worked Workhy for 2 years, all tax declaration every process was pain.

After service, they didn't contact. Don't use their service.

Guys dont choose WORKHY SERVICE FOR UK INCORPORATION OR US !! THEY DO NOT TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANYTHING NOR UPDATE IN TIME. MY UK COMPANY WAS DISSOLVED DUE TO THEIR NEGLIGENCE AND INSTEAD OF SORTING OUT THE ISSUE I WAS SHARED THE FOLLOWING MESSAGE BY ONE OF THEIR REPS: Yavuz Çetin - Workhy UK Ops Team 23.09.2025 11:04 OVER EMAIL:

"it is nothing to did with us. if you did not file your tax returns and confirmation statements, your company has been dissolved on its own. in your subscription, we warned you that tax declarations and every accounting transactions must be done by you."

I was not communicated of anything !
They were charging GBP 600 for tax return filing for a dormant company and suggested to register the company for VAT whereas there are no transactions so i failed to understand that why VAT shoud be registered in the fist place. I asked them that i will get more quotations for the tax services for a dormant company and a week later the company status is "dissolved" . I did get the updated rates for tax filing to GBP 59 ONLY!!
So in conclusion, do NOT choose workhy as their tone of communication is rude with their Clients and it is not to resolve an issue but rather NOT to take any responsibility !!

As you go through the reviews for both brand names, you will see that the complaints are consistent across the board, which aligns with my unpleasant experience as well.

Sadly, from the company's formation to the present date, I have faced a surprising amount of miscommunication, lack of support, and delays, which have significantly impacted the company's management.

This experience not only lowers the chance of your venture's success, but it also makes the day-to-day operation very, very unpleasant.

All I can suggest is to do your own research, as the service Workhy provides impacts the fate of your company and the people who work with and for you.

I had very bad experience with them. Me and my partners gave them a project to register a company in Wyoming. At first look they seems to be very professional and experienced but in reality they are most irresponsible people in the market. They charged us alot but thats fine cause every company has their own fee. In return they register our company at a address where thousands of scams have been reported. Due to that address we lost alot of clients. Those clients were generating us thousands of dollars. First of all they don't have any support where i can call and report this issue. They just have a email support and those ppl are so arrogant and irresponsible. They were blaming us of accusing them instead of admitting their mistake. And when we asked them to change that address they suggested us to register another company and pay them. These ppl just care about themselves. So I recommend to stay the hell away from them and learn process by yourself and trust me its very easy.

Şirket kuruluş başvurusu yaparken adres doğrulama da 4 gün kadar sıkıntı yaşadım doğrulayamadım mükellef ekibinden destek talep ettiğim de Betül hanım tüm işlemler de yardımcı oldu tekrardan tüm emekleri için teşekkür ederim🙏🏻 sizlerle iş birliği yapmak gerçekten büyük bir ayrıcalıkmış tekrar farkına vardım tekrardan çok teşekkür ederim 🙏🏻☺️

They are scammers, dont take any services from workhy they are unprofessional they are reason to closed my company in UK due to un professionalism of workhy, They want only your money there are lots of company provide the services don't trust workhy ever.
