Work Planner is UK-built software for service businesses that visit their customers on a regular round: window cleaners, gardeners, bin cleaners, gutter and exterior cleaners, and more. It runs your business from planning the work to getting paid. Plan your week on a drag-and-drop planner and set jobs to repeat weekly, monthly or on your own cycle. Work Planner works out every next due date for you. Group jobs into rounds, send worksheets to your team on the iPhone and Android apps, and see each person's day as it happens. Get paid however your customers like to pay. Take Direct Debit and Instant Bank Payments through GoCardless. Take cards in person with Tap to Pay on your phone or a card reader, through Stripe, Square or Zettle. Send online payment links your customers can pay by card or PayPal, and keep cards on file for repeat customers. Cash, cheques and bank transfers are recorded in a tap too. Send professional invoices and quotes, chase what's owed with email and SMS reminders, and keep job photos as proof of work. Use Xero? Your customers, invoices, payments and expenses go across to Xero on their own. If not, Work Planner's own expenses and reports keep your profit and loss, VAT and Income Tax figures ready for tax time. Switching is easy: bring your customers, rounds and balances across from Squeegee or Cleaner Planner in minutes. There's a free plan with no time limit, so you can try it with your own work before you pay anything.
