So much choice, lovely wool when it arrived. Great service prompt delivery

Found the blanket kit for a really good price (cheapest around). The kit came in a few days, all wool and pattern as ordered with no issues. Would definitely buy from Woolbox again.

I ordered 24 balls of wool, all different colours on July 29th, around 9am. I wanted them quickly so I paid extra for the Royal Mail 24 service, in the hope that I would recieve them the next day.

In fact I received an email around 5.30pm the following day, Thursday 30th, the day I had hoped to receive the order, saying that one of them was out of stock, and asking me whether I wanted the rest or if I wanted to cancel the order.

So I was already disappointed that it had taken this long to let me know this.

I replied asking if it could instead be swapped for something else of a similar colour, as it was a red, and not something I needed a spoecific shade of, so any similar red would have been fine for me. I had received no response by Monday August 3rd at 3pm, 4 days later, so followed up, to just be told, and I quote "Unfortunately, we're unable to amend an order with an alternative shade once it has been placed."
I expressed that I was disappointed by this, but asked for two balls of a black I had ordered instead, and asked them to please ensure that it was shipped the following day, since I had paid for express shipping and had now waited 4 days for it to even be sent.

I recieved no further reply, and by close of business the following day, my order had still not been shipped.

I emailed them again later that night to tell them how disappointed I was in their terrible customer service, and cancelled the order in full.

I recommend spending your money elsewhere, as I will in future.

Brilliant selection of wool, prompt delivery.

I needed some extra wool to finish a project and Woolbox had just what I needed at a good price. Great service all round.

The product was easy to order and it arrived quickly. Good quality product. No complaints although not yet finished or washed.

Lovely soft yarn in a very pretty shade. The only reason for not giving it 5 stars is that it’s a little chunky for a dk yarn - more like a worsted.

Great website with a wide variety of yarns at reasonable prices. Easy to navigate site and delivery is very fast. Particularly like the anti pilling woolbox yarn for blankets. It works up nice and squishy and is such a great price as you need quite a lot for a blanket. Overall brilliant service.

The wool was well priced and arrived in a timely fashion. I was, however, disappointed that the variegated wool Athena Array DK did not have a regular starting point within the colour change. I was intending to start each front of the cardigan with a new ball of wool so that they would match but this is not possible - a pity.
