Bought a rattan set off woohoosales via this company. After a week I hasn’t heard anything from them and order was showing as processing even though payment had been taken. We emailed to chase only to be told that woohoosales was a development website and they wouldn’t be honouring order even though website was live and showing in google with payment methods live too! Horrendous company and wouldn’t use ever again! Stay clear!
Placed an order with WooHooDeals in January 2021. I realised on 16th February 2021 that I had not received my item, so I contacted WooHoo to enquire where my item was, they emailed me back to say it had been delivered on 2nd February 2021 and left in a safe place.
My Wife and myself have been shielding since last year, so we leave the porch open 24 hours a day for deliveries, so I asked WooHoo where the parcel had been left (i.e. the safe place they say it had been left). I also enquired why I had not received any emails on 2nd February 2021 to advise me that they intended to make a delivery, and that the delivery had successfully been made. They proceeded to say it was Amazon that had made the delivery and they would contact Amazon and get back to me. They have not got back to me and will now not respond to me emails. Very poor service from WooHooDeals, I intended to buy some Garden items I had seen on their site for the summer, I have not got the confidence now to make any further orders with this company, and I now will think twice using Amazon, I will stick with Ebay and Argos.
I have been using multiple deal sites including groupon and gogroopie but woohoodeal seems to be the more reliable one, I have been using them for the past 5 years, they always offer an efficient customer service the guys are friendly and helpful even when it comes to a 3rd party product.
One day I called them about a computer I bought from ebay I had issues connecting my gmail to the apple macbook, and their customer service took the time to guide me step by step till I solved the connection issue.
