Produkt optisch wie auch qualitativ sehr gut und perfektionistisch ausgefertigt 👌 Kundenservice sehr gut erreichbar und mit genauen Angaben von Lieferung. Monteuren waren richtig schnell und haben Verpackungreste mitgenommen und entsorgt für mich. Tisch ist richtig robust und stabil, wie auch die Stühle. Auf jeden Fall ist zu empfehlen. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Wir sind rundum zufrieden! Der Kundenservice war von Anfang an freundlich und zuverlässig. Besonders positiv hervorheben möchten wir auch die beiden Mitarbeiter, die den Tisch geliefert und aufgebaut haben. Sie waren sehr professionell und haben sauber gearbeitet.
Der Tisch selbst hat eine hervorragende Qualität und sieht einfach wunderschön aus. Toll fanden wir außerdem, dass wir die Maße problemlos noch anpassen lassen konnten. Alles lief völlig unkompliziert.
Als liebevolles Dankeschön gab es sogar noch ein Schneidebrett dazu, worüber wir uns sehr gefreut haben.

From small adjustments to more bespoke requests. They also kept us closely involved, sending photos at every stage, from selecting the wood boards to final color decisions and shipping details. It felt reassuring to be consulted and updated at every step.

The customer service was excellent and active. There was no problem getting in contact with the company. The time plan for the delivery was kept and the 160cm circular oak table with 3 extensions was delivered in good quality.

Nach einer sehr langen Suche nach dem passenden Esstisch, war es der Oxford, der einzige Tisch, der all unsere Kriterien erfüllte. Nach einem ganz tollen Austausch mit dem Serviceteam, habe ich bestellt. Die ganze Zeit wurde ich über den aktuellen Stand informiert, ich konnte sogar noch einiges selbst auswählen und bekam Fotos. Über den Ablauf der Lieferung wurde auch ausführlich berichtet. Die Lieferung erfolgte zügig und mit einem sehr lieben Team. Der Tisch ist sehr hochwertig verarbeitet und genau so wie ich es mir vorgestellt habe. Ich kann von Herzen dieses tolle Unternehmen jedem empfehlen.

The table is absolutely stunning. Truly one of a kind. It is now the center piece of our dining room and everyone who sees it comments on it. It has a live or a natural edge and you really feel like you have the soul of a tree in your house.
