I feel that the order (quarter pallet sampler of various briquettes etc) was good value. It was delivered quickly, driver was great. One small item was missing from the order (firelighters) but I haven't bothered raising that.
Once I've decided which briquettes I like I'll definitely order here again.

I’ve been buying my wood from the Wood Fuel Coop for many years, and they’ve been fantastic from the very beginning. Their wood briquettes are high-quality, environmentally responsible, and burn really well. The Coop team is really one of the nicest and most helpful groups you could meet. Great range of wood fuel products and excellent guidance about the nature and performance of each type of briquette. This is the second time I have purchased the Beech Nestro briquettes from them; they are absolutely the best briquettes we have ever purchased, anywhere!
The service from welcoming email confirmation of order through to speed and communication of delivery was excellent - including the branch of palletways who delivered the final journey - very helpful lady on the phone. All round, an impressive experience - same as first time I ordered through them.

Ordered over the phone to delay the order a week, smooth process. Pallet arrived and Les Smith put it in my garage, so I could unload it at my leisure over the weekend.

Well stacked pallet and the briquettes having bought them before form Wood Fuel will I'm sure keep our house toasty warm this winter.

Just got some beech nestro briquettes. I have tried all kinds of briquettes over the last 2 yrs. These are the best so far. Nearly 2 hrs for a single briquette broken in half. My stove is a 4kw contura multufuel. What I like is no smoke at first like some briquettes. Good flame. Perfect. Recommended

Sue & Ashley were both so helpful …. Ashley kindly put together a package of products that she thought would be most beneficial for my stove set up and they arrived the next day! She took the time to ask about my house and heating as well as how I would be using the stove so she could tailor suggestions to my particular situation. I’m very glad she did. Sue answers any queries so quickly and is great at keeping customers up to date with availability, delivery & shipment info.

Reliably excellent service from this supplier and very pleased with the delivery too.
I asked on Friday for a Monday delivery, as the forecast was for sunshine all day and it requires a couple of hours to unload and store a pallet.
Out of nowhere we had half an hour or so of heavy rain - and of course that's when it arrived!
I was relieved to see how well wrapped the pallet was. Barring a couple of small tears, which were easily covered, it was all intact. When the sun returned and I unloaded, all the briquettes were bone dry.
Good to get the bird seed too - I'd forgotten I'd ordered it!

EXCELLENT SERVICE

These folks are brilliant, we installed a new stove but it just didn't like our hardwood logs, we drove down to Dumfries from Lesmahagow and were given advice on the best briquettes for us to use. We bought a variety of various types and were given a great price. Needless to say they have solved our issue and we will be returning again .Thankyou.
