wood forest bank is scamming people out…

wood forest bank is scamming people out of their money they tell you its free to set up an account then they give you a card and tell you you have to wait 24 hours before you can use it then when you go to use it after the 24 hours your money is gone they tell you its from a ATM withdrawal and then your information wont match so you can log into the online account and last they tell you your dispute has been denied but cant give you a reason why it was denied. then customer service will hang up on you

Well I been banking now with Woodforest…

Well I been banking now with Woodforest National bank for several years. I mostly attend to the branch in Clearbrook village in Roanoke, Va. The customer service is courtesy, kind, respectful, professional overall outstanding!! Kathy is one of the customer service associates who exhibit an friendly smile when you met her. The entire staff is wondeful from the Branch Manager to each teller. The know you and call you by your name which I like, yet professional when completing your transactions and wonderful atmosphere to do all your banking needs!! It is an pleasure to do all shopping needs at Walmart and completing all your banking needs at Woodforest under one roof.

I gave it one star because it would not let me proceed without giving a star. This "bank" is the most inept operation I have ever dealt with. No one knows anything. Can't solve problems even small ones . The worst banking experience of my 54years of life. RUN AWAY DON'T bank here. Please save yourself the nightmare.

Excellent work

Integrity

Woodforest is the best bank. They don't charge me fees for my account, money orders or cashier's checks. Miss Polly, Morgan Hamby, Bolaji Agbelusi and so many others that I don't know their name are very polite and knowledgeable. Mia provides excellent customer service!

I have been a customer at Woodforest National Bank (Harbison location, Columbia, SC) many years and I have always received excellent customer service. However, I just want to put the spotlight on Amiaya Jackson or as I call her “Mia”. Mia is always courteous and approaches all of my transactions with kindness, professionalism and respect. Her energy and vibe is always positive and after my business is completed she always ends it with her beautiful smile which makes me feel awesome!

The customer service representative…

The customer service representative needs more training on how to handle information they should be aware of. I had an issue on my account since February 12th, that is still not resolved. I did everything they asked me to do with going to the bank numerous times and since no answer. I decided to sent a message again online they responded and gave me a number to call and when I did they basically couldn't do everything to call another number is all about running around with no resolution. I was a faithful customer for over 10 plus years and will never bank with them again or recommend anybody to them. I still can't close my account with this issue still not being resolved a month later.

The worst bank to work with

The worst bank to work with. In the Celina, Ohio Wal-Mart. The bank hasn't had more than one employee for months. They try to send out of the area employee's to compensate. But there's not always one available to travel. Having only one employee. They can't do any hard money transactions. Yes, you heard that right. No one can put cash into nor take money out of their accounts. The atm provided is out of order. This is the sloppiest banking process I've ever seen. The upper management needs to be replaced immediately. They are failures. Not only to the banking ethic business, but to the people they serve.

You are nothing but a number

So after contacting Woodforest Corporate to discuss the matter if my now Va id and my North Carolina bank at Woodforest that takes me 35 to 40 minutes the make a large withdrawal from my account and my money, they refuse to work to me and had rather lose a a 20 some year customer over this tells me 1 thing customers are not valued at Woodforest so I will be closing my account for the unwillingness to provide a customer with valued service. Some other bank will appreciate me.

The branch in Tarentum

The branch in Tarentum! The lady there was so nice! At this point I just wanted to open up a bank account with a check that I’ve been trying to cash. She was cheerful and excited that I wanted to open up an account here! It was wonderful! It also helped that my mom has been banking here for years! She knew my mom and I was able to get my check cashed and into my account right then and there! I’m happy with woodforest and the people are great! I know if I have a problem I can call or go there to get it all figured out and not have to stress or worry!! I 100% trust this bank with my money! Thank you so so much!!!

We absolutely love the Woodforest…

We absolutely love the Woodforest National Bank branch located inside Walmart in Zebulon, NC. Carl Sills is our go to representative and the person who helped my husband and me open our first accounts at Woodforest. Carl is the consummate professional-knowledgeable, patient, personable, thorough and kind. He consistently provides exceptional service and always makes sure everything is handled properly. His professionalism and care for customers truly stand out. Everyone at this Woodforest branch is wonderful, but Carl has made our banking experience especially positive. Woodforest is fortunate to have Carl representing the bank and serving the community in Zebulon. We highly recommend Woodforest National Bank and especially the Zebulon, NC location because of Carl Sills. Kudos to you Carl and thank you for always taking such great care of us. KARA AT WOODFOREST

The lady with the glasses & low cut is no help she had me & 2 others waiting while the black lady already mentioned she was going on her lunch break before the other 2 customers came along . Also the lady on lunch works well always on her feet always busy ! & does very lovely work :) .
