Great experience at wooden goods
First time shopping at this site and I am glad to say I am very pleased! Bought a gift for my nephew's birthday in June. Very fast shipping and very cool products. I had to change my shipping address after I accidentally put my last house address in and they were fast to respond and quickly updated my order. Great experience shopping at wooden goods. Cheers.

I have called three times and emailed…
I have called three times and emailed three times and still have no response. I have waited 16 business days which equivalents to almost a month to receive one item. They claim when you order it’s 2 to 7 business days. Then when you read the fine print it says there’s a five day processing and then it could be 2 to 10 days. Still no tracking number or nothing. Every time I call it’s the same voicemail and no one returns your call or email. It is a scam. I am going through the bank and making a fraud claim.

Same exact issue as the person below me. I placed an order in January 2022 sent 4 emails and have not received any email back or my item!

STAY FAR FAR AWAY ...I placed order in February. This March 31st I sent at least 2 emails inquiring about this order. Still No response No tracking number. NO PRODUCT. Unique items that never get sent. Glad I spent less than $100 with this company.
